運行に支障が出るレベルの危険さです！ 何故、進行方向の設定が設定していても、北向き2Dに切り替わるのか、初めから、すべて北向き2Dに切り替わる使用なのでしょうか？ 有料なのにその辺りは、全く改善されず、使い勝手が非常に悪いですね。 進行方向に設定したのならば、方向が切り替わらない様に、改善して頂きたいです。 そして、走行中、交差点が見にくい時など、分岐点などでプラスボタンで地図の拡大を多用するのですが、拡大縮小の➕➖ボタンの上に方角のコンパスがあるのは非常に使いにくいです。 道路は平坦な場所だけでは無く、又、全ての車が同じ振動の乗り心地では無く、走行中振動を受けながら操作する場合もあります。 方角のコンパス、➕➖ボタンのすぐ上にある為、よく振動で方角のコンパスのボタンに触れて、方角が変わってしまいます。 せめて、方角のコンパスのボタンを➕➖の拡大ボタンから、少し離れた場所に配置して欲しいですね。 毎日、業務で使っていますが、本当に不便です。 早急な改善を求めます。 **Developer response:** [2023/11/07] 皆さんが気にしてなければそのままで良いと思います。 私は一旦、解約します。 1.場所の名前を言わない 経由地や目的地の名前を言わない。 「まもなく経由地です」 「まもなく目的地です」 Appleのマップでは、例えば 「まもなく目的地、セブンイレブン◯◯店に到着します」と言ってくれる。 2.信号があっても「次の信号を右です」と言う時と言わなない場所がある。 3.看板のない3レーンで、トラックや大型車で道の矢印が見えなかったんだが、左折専用、直進専用、右折専用レーンになっていて、左は直進もできると思っていたら左折専用レーンだった。 画面にレーン案内が出て欲しかった。 4.道路の制限速度が出たり出なかったり。高速では制限速度が変わったことまで案内してくれるのに。特に一般道は30〜60までしっかり表示して欲しい。しかも小さいし、見づらい場所に表示されてる。 5.高速でどちらに行くかの画像表示は視覚的に便利だが、これまた小さい(笑)画面の半分を使っても良いくらいなのに、なぜあのサイズ？スマホを縦で使ってたから？一般道での看板も表示が小さい。 6.案内の終了ってどうやるの？到着しても案内してたり、もう案内がいらない時に、アプリを強制終了してました。それが正解？どこ押すの？ 7.信号のないところに信号機のマークが。 **Developer スカタンな道ばっかり案内する *2026-03-03, version 4.39.2* とにかく回りくどいし、旅客運転者用と銘打っておきながら大回りしたりうねうねと何度も曲がらせたりする。とにかく最短距離で案内しない。 また、リルートも融通が効かず、最初に高速ルートを指定したら途中で降りて国道を走ってても何がなんでも高速に戻そうとする。 正直、Googleマップの方が使いやすいしトラブルにならない。 高速の降り口や交差点を曲がる時には分かりやすくアナウンスしてくれるのと、デモ走行機能で道の勉強が出来ること、マップ上でコインパーキングの空き状況が確認できるのは高評価。 追記：プレミアムプラス(月額1200円)に登録した上でのレビューです。細道の案内に従っていたら余計スカタンな道を通らされ、客とトラブルになります。 2026/03/03追記 当たり前かのように別の場所を検索して案内しようとします。 お店や施設を探す時は間違いないか、Googleマップと整合してからルート案内へ進む事をオススメします。 このナビだけを信用していたら思わぬところで裏切りに会います。 ### 2/5 — 今まで使ったナビアプリで一番いい *2026-02-04, version 4.38.1* 1年ほどCarPlayで利用してます。 レーン案内や右左折時の交差点構造が事前にわかるし 都市を経由する長距離ルートでも予想到着時間が誤差程度になるし 止まれや信号が地図上に出てくれるし で日々助けられてます 気になる点は ・CarPlay時にOBIの接続設定ができない ・右上の情報を出す欄が左右方向のアイコンと三段出てくる案内、レーン案内が消えて何m先しか出なく アプリの再起動では治らなく、iPhoneごと再起動しなきゃ治らない ・号線やアンダーパスなど左右分岐でアナウンスくれるのは非常に有難いが、もっと早く欲しい 直前に言われても困る... ・神戸の道案内が弱い ・意味もなく側道や補助レーンに案内して本線に戻される ぐらいです 他社は不満も出ないほど使えないのでナビタイムには助かってます 修正してくれたら嬉しいな... ### 2/5 — サポートの質の低さで台無し *2025-12-02, version 4.37.1* カーナビアプリとしての出来は良いと思います。 他アプリより価格が高いだけのことはあります。 しかし、サポートの対応が悪すぎですべて台無しです。もう解約を考えるほどです。 CarPlayについて質問した時のことです。 CarPlayはプレミアムプラスコースの機能となっていますが、私はなぜかプレミアムコースでCarPlayが利用できています。 今後もプレミアムコースでCarPlayが利用できるならAmazonで1年ライセンスを購入しようと思いサポートへ問い合わせると数日後にメールで返信あり、書かれていたのは 「CarPlayのご利用には、プレミアムプラスコースのライセンスチケットが必要となります。※プレミアムコースのライセンスチケットでは、CarPlayをご利用いただけません。」 の2行だけ。 挨拶、名乗りもなくいきなり本文、さらにどの質問に対する返信なのかすら書かれていません。 これが法人サポートの回答なのかと呆れました。 【プレミアムコースでCarPlayが利用できている理由】について回答がなかったのでさらに問い合わせるも返信なし。 カーナビアプリとしての出来はよいだけに非常に残念です。 ### 2/5 — アプリ自体は良いけど *2025-09-24, version 4.35.1* 何年も使っていました。 案内も分かりやすく視認性も良いのですが、CarPlay使用時に音声案内に遅延が挟まることが多々あります。 案内音声と案内音声の間に空白時間が出来てしまって結果的に案内が遅れるので、知らない道を走っている時に発生するとヒヤヒヤします。 （上手く説明できないのですが、「次の交差点を左方向です」という案内が「次の……交差点を……左方向です」になる感じです） CarPlayで使えるナビアプリとしては現状最高に近いのですが、ここの安定性の無さは残念。 また、Amazon等で年間ライセンスを購入すればCarPlayか使用できたのですが、いつの間にか割高なプレミアムプラスライセンスを購入しないと使用できなくなってしまったのが残念です。 この仕様改変については事前の告知が無く、サポートの対応にも疑問があったので信用ができず今は使用を中断しています。 （正直、今どきCarPlay連携ぐらいは普通に対応してほしい…） ### 5/5 — いつも有難うございます。 *2025-09-13, version 4.35.0* いつも有難うございます。仕事で初めて行く所ばっかりですからもの凄く助かっています。ただ大型進入禁止と通れない所を案内する事があります。そこを直して下さい。よろしくお願いします。 ⇒「コンテンツとプライバシーの制限」をタップ ⇒「iTunesおよび、App Storeでの購入」をタップ ⇒「App内課金」が「許可しない」になっている場合は、「許可」に切り替えてください。 ### 1/5 — 年々値段は上がるが年々使えなくなってるナビ *2025-06-24, version 4.32.1* まず、クレームを入れても何も反応のない方々が運営しておられます。 年々高くなる割には年々支えなくなるナビです。 関東圏以外の顧客はほったらかしなのと思うレベルで道路情報は更新されない。 法定速度を守っていると到底間に合わない到着時間予測。特に都市高速の最高速度を知ってるのと思わせる時間設定。 年々、ゴテゴテ無駄な機能をつけては年々重くなるソフト。 ナビもどんなけいい加減なの？と思うくらい外してくるし、ソフトの思うところに勝手に自車位置を修正してくる。 気がつけばかなり高額な値段を取る割には無料のナビの方が軽くて使いやすい。 多分、そろそろ使うのやめます。 あと、渋滞情報は近くに近づかないと更新されません。 ### 2/5 — iPad で外付けGPSにも対応してほしい *2025-06-19* [2025/06/19追記] 2件の自車位置の問題に対して、 GPSレシーバーとの接続が切れている可能性があることと、 築地虎ノ門トンネル後の動きについては改善を進めてくださると返信いただきました。 ありがとうございます。 レシーバーとの接続についてはこちらの環境不備の可能性があるため、本体と近づけるなどの対応をしたいと思います。 トンネル後の改善については、まだ時間がかかるとのことなので、改善完了後にまた課金し直してから使用したいと思います。 [2025/6/10追記] 返信ありがとうございます。ご意見箱にてルート情報をお送りしました。 ------- 機能は他のナビアプリを追随させないくらい良く使いやすく、地図も見やすい。 ただ、第二世代iPad Pro Wi-Fiに外付けGPS(GNS3000)を使用したところ、都内のビルが多い箇所(青山、虎ノ門など)で自車位置が動かない、飛ぶなど全く使えない。 外付けGPSをサポートしていないので仕方ないが、他のyahooカーナビ、COCCHiは問題なく完璧に動作しているので、どのアプリよりも高い値段の割に基本が出来ていないのは本当に残念。 使えないままお金を払うのは流石に辛いので、今回は解約させて頂き、いつか対応される事を心から祈っています。 **Developer response:** [2025/06/06]
