I'm giving this app five stars because it was free and helped me avoid at least one parking ticket before it stopped working.

This app is such a great idea and much needed to keep up with all of the parking regulations in Chicago. The first time I used it, I got a badge icon notification for the first day of street sweeping, but no notification for the second day. And this week my street is being cleaned and no notifications at all, not even when I open the app. So I would not depend on this app as your primary source for a reminder.
