Turnes out my car was too old for the app. So I canceled and requested a refund immediately like within hr. Was charged 2 months even after I canceled my subscription. I couldn’t requested a refund with Apple cause it was still pending for some reason even after it was taking out my card 3 times. This was in May when I got it. Here we are July and it finally went through but charged me AGAIN!!! I emailed the app but it won’t go through!! I contact Apple to see if they can refund me but they said they can’t cause it’s showing pending on their side. GO FIGURE!!! HEY APPLE!!! the developer emailed me back and said refund was all on you even though you said they declined the refund. That’s really freaking messy. So who’s lying to me? **Developer response:** We apologize for the compatibility failure and your refund difficulty. Apple manages all transactions and refund decisions directly, not developers. We have no access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds.
