Don’t waste your time and especially money with these deceptive people! **Developer response:** We apologize for the frustrating experience with your 2018 Honda Civic. We patched a specific protocol bug for Honda models in our latest update. Please update the app to connect instantly. Apple controls all transactions and handles refunds directly. We cannot issue refunds. Turnes out my car was too old for the app. So I canceled and requested a refund immediately like within hr. Was charged 2 months even after I canceled my subscription. I couldn’t requested a refund with Apple cause it was still pending for some reason even after it was taking out my card 3 times. This was in May when I got it. Here we are July and it finally went through but charged me AGAIN!!! I emailed the app but it won’t go through!! I contact Apple to see if they can refund me but they said they can’t cause it’s showing pending on their side. GO FIGURE!!! We have no access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds. However, lately when I am cruising down the road, the screen flips to the Icon screen and I can’t access other apps, like Waze, Pandora or other apps. I have to totally exit out of CarPlay. Tried to rest set apps in my settings and it won’t let me! Not sure what’s going on.
