## What is Car TV?

Bring together your live channels, video playlists, and personal media in one easy-to-use player. Watch on your iPhone or enjoy supported playback on a compatible car display while safely parked. Whether you’re taking a charging break or relaxing at a campsite, your entertainment is ready when you are.

KEY FEATURES:
1. YOUR PLAYLISTS, SIMPLIFIED
- Load M3U and M3U8 playlists from a URL.
- Browse channels and videos by playlist category.
- Keep multiple playlists organized in one place.
- Save favorites so they’re easier to find.
- Update and manage your sources whenever you need.
2. PLAY THE WAY YOU WANT
- Enjoy live channels and on-demand videos from your own sources.
- Open video files stored on your device for offline viewing.
- Continue watching from your previous position.
- Use available subtitle tracks with supported content.
- Keep a video playing in the mini player as you explore your library.
3. ACCESS YOUR MEDIA COLLECTION: Connect your Jellyfin or Emby server to browse your movies, shows, seasons, and episodes directly in Car TV.
4. MADE FOR PARKED BREAKS: A landscape viewing layout with clear controls makes it easy to browse and enjoy your media during a stop. Playback on a car display depends on your device, connection, and vehicle’s supported features.
5. BRING YOUR OWN CONTENT: Car TV does not include TV channels, movies, subscriptions, or access to streaming services. Add your own playlists, files, or media server. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to access and play the content you provide.

NOTICE:
1. CarPlay Compatibility & Safety: CarPlay video playback requires a supported iPhone, compatible software, and a vehicle or head unit that supports video playback. Having CarPlay does not automatically mean your car supports video.
2. Use video features only when the vehicle is safely parked. Never watch videos or interact with video controls while driving. Car TV does not bypass vehicle safety restrictions.
