Doesn’t send a link for login or forgot password. If for some reason you get logged out or change phones, you’ll never be able to log back in to update your account. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-03-13* It just forced an update and now it wants my company name. Im not a company. It says click here and we will send you a magic link that will log you right in. All that does is ask for the company name user name and password. Again I am not a company ### 1/5 — Poor App *2025-03-12* This new update is horrible. The app never was the best but since the update it prompted me to use a “magic link” to login, but nothing works. Can’t even reset my password. I tried upgrading from regular unlimited to ultimate unlimited and was charged for both unlimited plans at the end of the month. When I go to the car wash kiosk, the barcode never works to enter, the attendant always has to run over, enter his pin and has to scan my barcode just before entering the car wash! Entered all codes to get a discount at Carwash. Charged my credit card. Went to scan code for first wash said invalid code. What a hassle. Get your app working. My local car wash is pushing this app to reduce the amount of time it takes at the kiosk. You can’t even log in ### 1/5 — Car damage scratches everywhere *2026-03-31* Went through the car wash new car 2025 no scratches no dent and as I always I get out to dry the car off so the residue spots won’t be everywhere. I notice scratches everywhere on the left side of my door the trim of the rearview mirror, the door trimming by the door handle and the antenna compartment on top of the car by the sunroof talked with the owner Keegan Flikkema he totally lied and and said it couldn’t be from the car wash because he hasn’t had any complaints this spring WHTA ?? and the scratches clearly are in whip motion from spinning around from the brushes and are clearly obvious and then he told me that I was just trying to dig him into a deeper hole so he acknowledged that he was in a hole he was trying to wiggle his self out and told me that he didn’t have his insurance information available first he said that he had to dig it out of a file cabinet in his office. Then said he had to get dressed and go to his dad’s and Uncle’s office what a liar, so make sure you get out the car and check for scratch. because the equipment is definitely old and damaged. And from what it looks like, he lied about his name as well, but what can you expect from a liar? ### 1/5 — Fix this *2026-03-26* This app is the worst. I’ve tried logging in numerous times and have requested text verification codes at least five times and nothing has come my way.
