I'm very disappointed I have been trying to contact a costumer service or the developer of this app and can't found them I can't do schedule s clients this app it's not ok to responding at least I'm doing something wrong or any body out they that please tell me how to use this app thanks

This app is really helpful my moe wish hat would make it better would be if information could be stored on multiple devices and update automatically. Example if I had to check a previous customer or address I could view from tablet and phone. What if device failed. How do I get my info. Where is it backed up to.
