### 3/5 — WAS the Best Tracking App

*2026-07-05, version 5.4.5*

I LOVED this app up until recently. Started to glitch & get error messages so I reached out to customer support. Sadly not a great help. They sent me a PDF of my tracking since I’ve been using them since 2023. But the data was all jumbled up & coded onto different pages so not very useful at all. They also advised that this app is going away soon with no updates available any longer. So the errors will continue until it’s gone. No support is planned for this app - don’t waste your time and effort to log - all my data is now lost unfortunately.

### 2/5 — Okay but missing some key features

*2026-06-06, version 5.4.5*

Having to enter your daily medication every single day is annoying. Why isn’t there a recurring option? And your FAQ page says “not found” when you try to click on it in the app. Generally just seems buggy, with several pages not loading or not existing.

### 3/5 — Keeps crashing

*2026-05-20, version 5.4.5*

I’ve been using this app for many years and it has increasingly grown slower. More recently it crashes every time I try to add anything making it virtually unusable. It’s very unfortunate because I depend on this to manage my symptoms.

### 3/5 — Better than most but has a major flaw/bug

*2026-02-26, version 5.4.5*

Love all the features and the look of the app however the date is always one day behind. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling it, checking my device, and pretty anything else I could find on the internet to do but nothing has fixed it.

### 4/5 — Generally great and helpful

*2026-02-24, version 5.4.5*

This app has been great for me while I've been dealing with chronic illness. However, I noticed in the last few days that there were glitches in the home screen with showing best/worst day meals. I checked for any app updates I may have missed, and it appears this app has NEVER been updated. Not only that, but trying to contact support leads to a website that isn't in English, so I'm not sure where else to go. This is the only place I've been tracking my info lately, so if support for this app is going to be discontinued, I'd really like to know a way to export and hopefully reuse my data.

### 3/5 — Needs improvements

*2025-12-01, version 5.4.5*

I like the relative ease at which I can log my food, bowel movements, and other things (meds, symptoms), but the symptom score makes no sense and there is not even a FAQ to explain how the symptom score is calculated. My “best days” seem to be days where I had numerous bouts of diarrhea, but I didn’t log things like stress or headaches. So maybe the symptom score is lower? But the main issue I’m trying to address with this app is chronic diarrhea. The foods that I know I ate the day on or before my *actual* worst diarrhea days often seem to show up on my “best days” list. Also, it’s very difficult to share several weeks of data with my doctor unless I send them a link and have them scroll day by day through a user interface with tons of white space and useless charts. I wish I could export the data to excel or to a PDF report that takes all the logged info but makes it a smaller text with less white space so it’s easily skimmable for a busy doctor.

### 4/5 — Good but could be better

*2025-10-08, version 5.4.5*

It’s a good app. Better than many I’ve tried. A few things I would suggest: include a way to see analytics of what medications or supplements might be triggering symptoms. I think consolidating pain/stress/bad moods in analytics so that we can get a quick snapshot of what happened that day (what was eaten, meds taken, etc) would be helpful instead of having to click through each daily mood or pain. It would be nice to also click on meal or symptom tags and it show every single entry that was made with it. I wish i could note specifically how many hours of sleep I am getting or be able to input when I fell asleep and when I woke up. Also, there is a glitch where an entry is considered that same day only after 4:00am… an entry made at 3:59am will show up on the previous day…

### 4/5 — Symptom Score Bug?

*2025-09-27, version 5.4.5*

I really like this app and it’s been helpful for tracking my symptoms, but I feel like there is a major issue with the how the symptom score is calculated. I have IBS-C and there are days that I feel okay, but constipated that flag as red on the tracking, but other days where I indicated severe bloating, constipation, and pain and the symptom score only reads as yellow??? Wish this would be fixed so I can look at the data more easily.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-09-08, version 5.4.5*

It’s been of great use for me.

### 5/5 — GREAT APP for IBS & Gut issues

*2025-08-04, version 5.4.5*

I really like this app. I’ve tried others but this one has helped me figure out which foods, etc are contributing to my IBS & GERD issues. The details about the foods led me to FODMAP food issues which has helped me so much. No doctor has been able to give me this info nor guide me to finding out what’s going on with my body & gut. After a few weeks, the program starts connecting your foods, etc to your elimination which is very insightful when you get into the food details & what the foods have in them and how your body tolerates them.

There are a few things that are a little difficult to figure out, but once I figured these out, it’s gotten easier and easier to use. Adding foods to your favorites makes it easy for repeat meals.

The daily log lists all you intake with the most current at the top of the list so it’s easy to see your progress.

Once you add your medications in the medication area, they are stored there for daily entry. The only thing I find irritating is that you cannot delete a medication after you have logged it for the day. EG… I take more meds than most and I have to take them in a certain order. If I log a medication and then realize I’ve added it in error, it will not delete from the daily recap. So I make a note but of course that doesn’t fix the daily intake.

The app will connect to the Apple health so it also tracks exercise among other things or you can add exercise data manually.

It has sections to categorize how your gut feels, your pain issues, stress, how much liquid you consume and more. Even a place to discuss your feelings.

This app has truly helped me.

I now have been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis & I have to figure out how to add more foods to help my bones. I do wish this app could help me figure out the amounts of nutrients I’m taking in when I eat. EG protein, calcium, mag, other vitamins etc. If it did that, it would do everything I need!

### 2/5 — Download data

*2025-07-30, version 5.4.5*

I just want to be able to download my data onto an excel sheet & after using the app for a whole months there’s no way to do that. It really should be that hard. I’m disappointed.

### 4/5 — Pretty good.

*2025-07-26, version 5.4.5*

I’d be even better if it could sync with apps like Fitbit and MyFitnessPal. Then I wouldn’t have to put the same information in multiple apps.

### 5/5 — Lovely So Far

*2025-07-12, version 5.4.5*

I will adjust if needed, but the app is very easy and simple to use.

### 4/5 — Lag Issues

*2025-04-03, version 5.4.5*

Your most recent update introduced some control lag to the app, which iOS updates haven't resolved.

### 5/5 — Best IBS App!

*2025-03-30, version 5.4.5*

The best app I have found for tracking symptoms, foods and adapting for other factors e.g. sleep, activities, stress etc.
Easy to adapt to your preferences.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Unable to download pdf

*2026-06-22, version 5.4.5*

Can’t download a PDF

### 1/5 — Won’t let me past the log-in

*2026-02-23, version 5.4.5*

I was super excited for this, but when I go to finish making the account, I’m hit with “check your internet connection and try again” but it’s not my internet. I have celiac and was wanting to log my symptoms.

### 1/5 — Used to be great

*2025-10-01, version 5.4.5*

Used to be a great app. Now, however, there does not appear to be any way to download one’s data, and no one seems to be watching the chat for support.

### 1/5 — Nope.

*2025-09-08, version 5.4.5*

Just downloaded and started entering my info into this app. When it didn’t recognize the #1 gastroenterologist prescribed IBS medication out there that I take, Dicyclomine, I deleted it.

### 1/5 — Requires a separate login.

*2025-05-06, version 5.4.5*

A diary app should not require a login just so that the app provider can harvest data and share it with anyone they deem a “partner” and want to share it with. The FAQ link in the app takes you to a Not Found error. The app raises too many questions, and missing info doesn’t instill confidence that they intend to only use your data in ways you would be ok with.

### 1/5 — Can’t create an account

*2024-07-23, version 5.4.5*

Have tried downloading a couple times, and always get stuck at a white screen with a Next button that I can’t click.

### 1/5 — Does not work properly

*2024-03-12, version 5.4.5*

Many areas not working just grey areas in the screen

### 1/5 — No one at the wheel

*2024-01-19, version 5.4.5*

The app designer seems to have stopped supporting this : years ago. Email correspondence doesn’t work, can’t login, no one replies to anything.

### 1/5 — App Freezes Up

*2023-10-23, version 5.4.5*

This app freezes up after I enter my age. I’ve reinstalled it several times and still get the same thing. Seems like a good app, wish I was able to use it.

### 1/5 — Impossible to use

*2023-05-14, version 5.4.5*

This app was recommended in an article I was reading. I will never really know how good it is because setting up my account has proved impossible. Buttons are in the wrong places. There are not enough options or slots for answers for some of the questions. The beginning is not user-friendly and did not provide me with an account that I could use in the app. Too bad because it sounded like just what I needed.

### 5/5 — Wonderful Food Tracker

*2026-07-27, version 5.4.5*

This is the app I’ve been looking for for years. While I don’t mind calorie tracking, I needed something where I could track what I was eating on or around days where my stomach was acting up. Other food trackers don’t have that ability. Being able to track my food, my cycle, my stomach issues, all in one place is a life saver.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2026-05-12, version 5.4.5*

Has a lot of ways to track different items

### 5/5 — Easy to use

### 5/5 — Best app

*2025-11-10, version 5.4.5*

Best app so far

### 5/5 — Life Changing

*2025-10-13, version 5.4.5*

This app is incredible. It’s easy to use. I started using this app when I was first diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. At the time, I was barely able to keep food down. I had no idea what to eat or what my sensitivities were - I also had a really hard time tracking all of my symptoms in a notepad.

I’ve also recommended this app to family and friends of mine - even though they may not have abdominal issues, knowing your body and learning how it speaks to you is really important.

10/10 recommend 😊
