Skipping back and forth doesn’t appear to be causing issues anymore. Good job! ### 2/5 — Downloaded files need to be sorted *2019-03-23, version 3.8* Excellent show. The app needs to sort downloaded files by name. It’s really hard to find a show when the order of downloaded shows is essentially random. Sorting text alphabetically is computer science 101. Needs to be fixed. Also, the formatting of text in the show descriptions is at times broken. Paragraph breaks aren’t there, and some extra characters are added in the middle of some words. Both should be a straightforward fix, and as of now they really take away from the app and reflect poorly on an otherwise superb show. ### 3/5 — Show is 5 stars. Would love to have the time period selectable in 15-second intervals in-app. v3.8 fixed crashes when attempting to view Ark Midnight files for download. My device: iPhone 6 plus with iOS 11.3 ### 3/5 — Intagate Technologies (p) LTD dropped the ball on this app. *2018-04-12, version 3.5* This app hangs when downloading the second of two parts of an episode. Not having a list of downloaded programs is cumbersome requiring users to navigate unnecessarily back to the episodes page in the order to listen. Unable to access Caravan Connect. 04/08. Once again Intagate dropped the ball. Update totally killing the app? How much longer are you going to subject us to this company? Deleted old corrupt (updated) app and installed fresh. App is closing when trying to sign in. What a cluster. 4/10. Why should I trust the latest update? You’ve hijacked the app by forcing us to update so we can’t use our current iteration? The description of the update is juvenile. Saying bug fix is inadequate. What bug? Which species of bug? This excuse of a technology company needs to return to the desert it emerged from! ### 4/5 — App won’t open on iPad *2018-04-08, version 3.4* My iPad won’t allow CTM app to even open. Since I’m technologically challenged I have no idea how to uninstall app and reinstall it. Have resorted to using a bookmark in Safari in order to listen to episodes. After failing it crashes and keep crashing. It has something to do with the server side as there is a problem with logging into my account with the browser interface too. From reading other reviews I’m not the only one with this issue. The web site gives loyal followers no information concerning this problem. I used to enjoy downloading and listening to the shows regularly. Now, I can’t even bring up the app. As a result, I barely listen to the shows any more. I love the show, but the CTM app has never worked correctly since its inception. There are many companies that seem to be able to pull off the whole paid/subscription based podcast. What’s so difficult? CTM has had to drop all links to renew subscriptions and their store due to Apple demands. CTM has resubmitted the App 7 times for Apple approval but they keep asking for more and more changes. This is not normal. Any other business is allowed to sell their memberships or products so why not CTM??? Contact Apple and tell them to quit blocking CTM and screwing up their App’s functionality! So far I can access CTM through any web browser without functionality problems. CTM website says Apple is suppose to approve the new app so WHEN is it going to happen? Seems like a concerted effort to undermine John B Wells to me. ### 5/5 — Great Show and the app works as it should *2017-10-10, version 2.07* I have about 10GB of the audio show saved from lots of episodes. The downloads are extremely fast most of the time. If they are not, I go kick the xfinity router and then it gets up there. The guests and topics rotate through covering various subjects from cyber security with John McAfee to economics with guests whose names show up in your college macroeconomics text book.
