To ensure better product experience, Carbinox Pro APP will use the permissions to access your Bluetooth, location, phone calls, text messages, contacts, call history, and accessibility services, and the App will obtain the message push content through [Accessibility API], realize the message push function, and push the message content to the smart watch .
This aims for a faster and more convenient using experience of CARBINOX. Carbinox Pro APP cannot view, upload or save any of your private information.

So far I love the watch and app but I’m unable to sync my contacts. And app supports iPhone 13 not latest iPhones.

Don’t buy this brand , might as well just save a couple more bucks for a brand one, only works like that , as a watch the other functions don’t work or they’re extremely sloppy , avoid 100%, the app isn’t even translated properly. Just another Chinese junk.

I have had my Blaze S for over a year now. I love the watch, but absolutely HATE the Carbinox Pro app. It has never automatically connected and the dial center rarely loads the dials available. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app…and it is now asking me to create an account. What the heck!

I give it 3 stars because the watch is a good watch and the app is also. This would be great to amazing if I hadn’t had an apple watch or garmin watch before this. The battery life of the CARBINOX is amazing, but the functionality and connectivity is way inferior to the Apple Watch, unfortunately. I was hoping to leave the Apple verse, but it looks like I’m stuck.

Got this App because it was one of the only ones that work with this X Ranger Watch I just got. 

Setting it up was okay. It goes downhill fast after that. 

Virtually no way of programming the watch via this app. Other watch apps let me program alarms from the app. Not this one. 

It doesn’t track my sleep well. Somehow it assumes I go to sleep at 11:00pm when, in reality, I go to sleep much earlier because of my early wake schedule. 

The interface is garish, ugly white and unintuitive. It’s as is this was made in 2002 and never updated. Can’t really change it either.  

The watch face selection is childish and unimaginative for the most part. This is supposed to be a tactical smartwatch. I want tactical smartwatch faces.

As far as this reviewer is concerned, this app was made as an afterthought just to get out the door to support a planned obsolescence watch.
