I messaged Carbnb on Facebook messenger, and the admin who had access during that time changed my initially booked vehicle to a different one (reassuring me that it is also the same car model). Upon releasing on Thurs, 8:30am, we were advised that the car is coding. Some of their cars had bad smell, and the worst part the spare tyre of the unit we rented is not suitable for the car that we had. We spent 4-5 hours looking for vulcanizing shop and ended up buying a 2nd hand tyre because they are irresponsible of their units! The car tyres are no longer in good condition. Unfortunately, we suffer because of their negligence. Its been a week now and the money we spent for vulcanizing and buying tyre remains unrefunded.
