Very Hard to reach out support, I rent a SUV and experienced start up issues which compromise my trip. The agent said there is a refund for mg autosweep but they will not seen you again or reply

We experienced a very bad service and a nightmare in this car rental. Some of their cars had bad smell, and the worst part the spare tyre of the unit we rented is not suitable for the car that we had. We spent 4-5 hours looking for vulcanizing shop and ended up buying a 2nd hand tyre because they are irresponsible of their units! The car tyres are no
longer in good condition. Unfortunately, we suffer because of their negligence. Its been a week now and the money we spent for vulcanizing and buying tyre remains unrefunded. Think thrice before booking here.

Payment was made via Gcash but the app has an error with proceeding with the payment, therefore, my booking was “still pending for payment”. I messaged Carbnb on Facebook messenger, and the admin who had access during that time changed my initially booked vehicle to a different one (reassuring me that it is also the same car model). Upon releasing on Thurs, 8:30am, we were advised that the car is coding. We needed to wait until 10am for us to use the car on the road since we needed to wait for the coding window which is 10am.

5star si carbnb sa akin since nag rent ako sa kanila ng sasakyan mabilis transaction upon pick up naka ready na yung unit na gagamitin ko tapos naka carwash na din ang the best dun mabango yung unit na ginamit ko sa kanila mababait din yung staff nila mag rent ulit ako sa kanila pag may family outing ulit kami good job carbnb 👍👍🎊🎉

It’s our first time using this self-drive service, and we’re really amazed that this business is available in the Philippines. We rented a brand-new Vios, and it’s important to be cautious about any damages—make sure to take a video of the vehicle before driving off. The rental process was smooth, and a big thanks to the staff for being so friendly!
