### 1/5 — Mobile App Unusable

Part time employee here on an old iPhone SE (2020 Edition). The Carbon platform seems very nice online. The mobile app, however, is completely unusable. Not sure what features are broken for me as part time, but time entry doesn’t work on the mobile app at all.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your feedback and for letting us know about your experience. You were absolutely right — the older version of our mobile app didn’t yet support time entry for part-time employees. We had asked your HR teams to have part-time employees enter hours on the website at that time, and it sounds like that message may not have reached you. We apologize for the frustration this caused.

The good news is that our new Phone App 2.0 now fully supports part-time time entry and includes many improvements. If you’re open to it, we would really appreciate it if you could try the updated version and consider revising your review. Thank you for helping us make CarbonHRM better!

Doesn’t work correctly most of the time. Saves hours on the wrong dates even when I select the correct ones. Completely screws up already entered hours when trying to make a correction.
