## What is CarChalak?

CarChalak was started back in April, 2017 with one main agenda “To provide customers the best driving services so that they can sit back and enjoy their rides”. We are one of the fastest growing companies in this industry with more than 1500+ registered drivers and 135000+ registered users. Currently, we are operating in Jaipur, Gurugram and Dwarka (Delhi).

The company was started after finding huge deficiency of drivers among the audience. People were always seeking for hiring drivers for their short, long trips or any kind of trips. But unfortunately, they cannot risk hiring a driver without proper background knowledge as it might hamper safety for them and their families.

And thus, we started CarChalak to bridge the gap between the drivers and the customers who are seeking for them. Not only that we also made sure to create more job opportunities for drivers who were previously struggling to get driving opportunities.

CarChalak ko maine casually try kiya tha aur mujhe service expected se better lagi. Booking ka process straightforward tha aur driver se coordination bhi easily ho gaya. Time management achha raha aur journey bhi comfortable thi. Support ki bhi zarurat padi to response theek mila. Overall experience satisfactory raha aur mujhe service use karke koi regret nahi hua.

### 1/5 — HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE - EXTREME SAFETY RISK & CRIMINAL THREATS

Highly dangerous service. Avoid at all costs if you value your family's safety. The driver assigned for our round-trip was grossly negligent from the start: he missed highway turns, tried to dangerously cross a sunk divider, and unilaterally overspeeded while ignoring our repeated commands to stay within the limit.

At our meeting venue, he abandoned us and went to sleep inside the vehicle with his phone off for an hour, leaving us stranded outside in the heat. Later, he recklessly accelerated the car while I was trying to retrieve my belongings, nearly causing severe injury to my already fractured hand.

To make matters worse, since this morning, this driver has been spamming my phone with horrific vulgar abuses, extortion demands, and explicit death threats ("जान से मारने की धमकी"). CarChalak clearly does zero background verification or safety vetting for the drivers they send to people's homes. We are actively filing a criminal police FIR against the driver and will be dragging CarChalak to court for absolute failure of passenger safety. Utterly traumatizing experience. 0/5 Stars.

Car Chalak app is not professionally working they did not update you if they are not having drivers. App didn’t update your booking status. I complained manny times but they didn’t wants to update.

I booked a driver through this service yesterday to attend an important event, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The driver claimed that a dog suddenly came in the way, but I did not see any dog at all. Instead, he ended up damaging my car badly — the headlights and fog lights were pushed inside, and there is a big bump on the car body now.

The worst part is their behaviour after the incident. They did not take responsibility, did not offer refund, and simply acted like it was my fault for booking them in the first place. This is completely unacceptable.

I trusted them with my car, and it came back with severe damage.
If you value your vehicle and your peace of mind, please avoid booking with them.
Totally unprofessional, careless, and zero accountability.

I made a booking for delhi to jaipur, the driver was in a hurry, he didn’t let us have a proper stop, drove recklessly and hurriedly, was riding my car’s clutch the whole time despite telling him not to do it multiple times,was lane hogging on the expressway and couldn’t even park properly 
I highly recommend against using this app
