It served its purpose as a first credit card ,,,, they did eventually after I requested refund my 300 and left it at a 300 dollar limit. I’ve requested higher but no was their answer. Flagstar bank is useless as far as customer service with this card which I expected since they sold it to me. All in all it’s a letdown, limit so low it’s unusable,,, and the flagstar name and going thru a reputable source like my bank was zero advantage. I keep the card because they say don’t close your oldest card….. but id highly recommend to anyone I care about to go a different route. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-07-14, version 5.5.2* ALWAYS loses login after several app updates.
