## What is Card Crawl Adventure?

Card Crawl Adventure is a solitaire style roguelike deckbuilding card game. 

In this single player card game you travel the world to visit cozy Taverns, play against devious monsters and loot shiny treasures. 

By drawing a path across your cards you combine them to create powerful attacks and magical spells. Collect and improve your cards, equip powerful items and refine your strategy. Each character comes with its own cards and effects which will challenge your wit, courage and resourcefulness.

All adventures are randomly generated and every week you are invited to join the Weekly Tavern Crawl to compete with other adventurers around the world on a unique journey through the taverns of Card Crawl.

Literally only have 1 issue with this game and that is the classes.. this game would literally be perfect if you could choose your class cards and a class equipment.. the art style is 10/10; the gameplay is addictive; love the multiple game modes. Really really really just want to be able to pick my 3 cards (any 3) and equipment before I choose my game mode. The weekly crawl is where I can see a specific set of cards and equipment coming into play

Eigentlich möchte ich dieses Spiel mögen. Aber dafür bräuchte es wohl auch die Möglichkeit, abgeschlossene Tavernen erneut zu spielen.
Teilweise verstehe ich nicht, was die Karten mir sagen wollen und das Spielprinzip mit der Kraft, den Lebenspunkten und diversen Buffs oder Flüchen leuchtet mir einfach nicht ein.
Auch diverse Aufgaben, die zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt erledigt sein sollen, sind für mich unlösbar.
Wenn ein so kompliziertes Spiel entworfen wird, sollte das Tutorial viel umfangreicher sein.

This is a really playable and fun game, but once you’ve played for a while and you’ve seen the animations countless times, they get to be a bit tedious (as nicely designed and drawn as they are). It would be much appreciated if there was a setting to speed them up or skip them for people are as impatient as I am 🙃 Five stars for sure if it happens.

Card Crawl Adventure didn’t grab me the first time I played it a few years ago. But I decided to give it another shot, took some time to really learn the mechanics, and now I can’t believe I ever put it down. It’s clever, challenging, and absolutely brilliant once you get the hang of it.
