And if that ad freezes and you close it out, guess what, you do not get credit, and you lose your position and have to start over and win five levels again to get back to where you was. This as absolutely ridiculous, if I win the level I should get credit without being to required to finish an advertisement. ### 3/5 — The game's great but I'm held hostage by the adverts *2026-08-17, version 1.27.0* Gameplay is great and engaging and I want to play the game, but the adverts for Voodoo apps are so restrictive that I have to force quit the app on multiple occasions each week. Only happens on the Voodoo adverts and never on anything else. I have reported this but no response. ### 4/5 — Recent update *2026-07-15, version 1.26.0* I really enjoy playing card factory and have been doing so for quite a long time, I’m currently on level 6674, so this feedback is coming from someone who genuinely loves this game! Since the recent update, though, I’ve noticed that the game feels much clunkier than it used to. The movements and animations don’t seem as smooth, and the graphics feel less polished. It can also affect the gameplay and sometimes make it behave oddly. I just wanted to share this feedback as I really do enjoy this game so much and would love to see it running as smoothly as it did before. Is anyone at the wheel? I have contacted customer service and no response. The game repeats the same levels even when you beat them. You don’t get credit and it uses a life. There is also a challenge that isn’t working SKY.
