I really love this app-it has almost every game I know and several I haven't heard of. My only critique is that I wish the index were a bit more extensive as most friends I know aren't familiar with "tricks" or "bidding" and it can be a bit difficult to explain the terms clearly as misinterpretations and disputes happen often. All in all, a fantastic collection. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! My friend & I were using this as a source of card games last night & the information for each card game is well organised into background, rules & variation. It also has a searching feature which allows you to sort by number of players. Many times, I forget the rules of a card game that I've played just once or twice in the past. This is a great reference to help get a game going quickly. Slick and easy to use UI. Thanks for your feedback =) ### 1/5 — Not what I needed *2013-09-18* I can't say for all of the games, but for the one card game that I downloaded it for, it was sorely lacking in game playing information and had nothing at all about how to score the hands. I will be deleting the app and requesting my money returned-- not what it was advertised to do. :-( **Developer response:** The app is now much richer and totally free. Maybe you could give it another try and let me know what you think about it? ### 1/5 — Do not download this app *2013-07-28* Solicits money before giving me chance to try this app. Then when I try to skip this step, it tries to access my password. Then it hangs when i refuse to provide this information. Deleted this app immediately. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. Just make it $0.99 instead of all the begging. Great for quick reference and finding new things to play. A few wishlist items: - Ability to sort alphabetically - Some way to signify if a certain number of players is the “standard” for a certain game (for example, Gin Rummy is listed as 2-4 players, but its standard play is just for 2 players, while 3-4 are variations; while searching, it’d be nice to know that the standard is just 2) - Some instructions appear to reference a graphic that just shows up as a blank square on my phone **Developer response:** Thank you so much for the rating! These are great suggestions. I find the “standard number of players one” particularly interesting. It's the only thing that I changed. Everything still holds true. I came back to make sure my review was valid if there were any updates since then. So, on with the review... Quite refreshing to find an app that's so well formed, easy to use, navigate, learn from, uncluttered, comprehensive.....& FREE! I definitely, highly recommend!
