У большинства людей 1-2 основные карты - в приложении их можно добавить бесплатно, то есть подписка не требуется. Про функционал - это кошелёк для банковских карт. Его основной функционал - добавить карту и удобно/быстро скопировать ее когда требуется. Каким функционалом расширить приложение? Онлайн постановка на учёт машины?
