I just saw that this is for “participating financial institutions”. I thought my card was safe when it wasn’t. This should be made MUCH CLEARER!

Push alerts are critical! It isn't an alert if I have to go look for it. There's nothing proactive about it.
Now I can't view or delete alerts without an error. They don't actually delete. Was this not tested????

App worked well years ago but SMS alerts stopped. Sounds like the App needs an update.

Push Alerts don’t go any where. You have to click on the actual app to see emails within the app about alerts. Would be nice if it sent a text, email or actually alerted that there was an active alert.

I set up a similar app for my Federal Credit Union debit card and it’s great, easy to set up and easy to use. I downloaded Credit Lock and set up a pin. Unfortunately only cards from select financial institutions can be added. I had hoped to lock all of my credit cards in one app but no such luck.

It only works with credit cards, not debit cards. Also, when a card is locked, it doesn’t show up any differently, so you can’t tell if it’s locked or unlocked. It should have a padlock icon when the card is locked.

Have yet to need to use it to lock my card, but it is so simple I know that when I need to lock it I will be able to do it at a moments notice with no issues. Very reassuring app to have and I have recommended to friends and family.

Easy to setup and use with my Merck sharpe and Dohme federal credit union account. I used to lock my card when I left it at a bar by accident, and then unlock it the next day when I picked it up.

This is a great app, it is very easy to set your card up and gives you the ability to lock your card at a moments notice. You can also set up alerts for your card. Would definitely recommend it!
