I have followed up the necessary steps that was given and have also searched online for answers. App keeps saying they can’t recognise the icon on the screenshot even though I have enabled reduce motion. I deleted the app and reinstalled and reset my phone multiple times and it’s the same problem. Downloaded the app on my partners phone which is a iPhone 14 Pro Max and it works but my phone is the iPhone 14 Plus.
