Problems with the app

Difficulty getting my car to come out vertically like it used to instead, it comes out horizontally. Can’t see any settings as how to change this.

App no longer works

Used to be a great App. Used it for years!! Now it no longer recognizes the icon necessary to use the app. I have written the company, but to know avail. Feel kind of abandoned. Apparently I am not alone. In that spirit, I could no longer in good faith recommend anyone purchase their magic apps.
