Am I not able to do that anymore? I like that I could deposit my check and get my money on right away other ones you have to wait a few days unless there is another company that does the same as you. Or did. ### 2/5 — I had fraud on my card *2024-12-22, version 4.1.0* I had fraud from a site they covered one of them I loss almost 6k they never paid for all of it from the same site . Now I tried to change my address they closed my account so now I can not retrieve . my month check .They are a very had card to work with . ### 2/5 — Only prepaid that charges me a fee! No Apple Pay! *2024-08-02, version 4.0.1* I can’t load my card to Apple Pay but the app says it’s available to do so. I have to pay a 9.95 fee, and unfortunately I can only change my deposit account one more time! For my sons ssi! Card isn’t tap pay ready, so you have to swipe it everywhere. I feel like it isn’t as secure as my other cards. Called to transfer my account to their premium banking but they won’t do it. I have to start fresh from scratch. Really only like that they have an autism card. Also, I have to log in every single time on the app! It’s the same process whether I’m depositing a 700 check or 400 check so why is the cost so much different? It’s kind of ridiculous and I hate it. Every week the amount is different too. One week $6 the next week $7 and this week $31. To deposit the same amount. I ordered the card and I’m still waiting on it. I set up direct deposit and my money came before the card. I am unable to touch any of my money. They do not offer a virtual card or any way you can transfer the funds. I’m still waiting on the card and can’t even transfer my money to another card or account. Also in the process of trying to try and transfer my money. I realized that the information they give you for direct deposit and what the actual account information when you look up the bank is different. So when I was able to link the account it’s a different account number and rotating number. And it’s showing a zero balance. So I think is some kind of fraud going on. Not to mention I called customer service who was no help at all. I will not be referring anyone to their service. They get a 1 star for me. ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY *2023-02-12, version 3.0.32* Please stay away from this company! They have turned into being completely useless. I have been with them for years and now I am completely frustrated all the time. This update is 2/12/23. App is STILL BROKEN after uninstalling and reinstalling and getting on to the website is a real challenge! I can’t even get in to check my account balance most of the time because it gets stuck on verifying the connection. There have been times I can’t even get the login screen! I am moving companies! I have had enough of this! Stay away! All you will get is endless frustration! At this point if I could give negative stars they would be minus 5. Update 12/03/22 App is still not fixed. There have been no updates done to this app. Update 10/15/22 almost five months later this app is still not fixed. I still have the same issues. 5/23/22 I’ve been with the company for a few years and this app work decently until a couple weeks ago. My only complaint was that it would never remember you after selecting the option. Now the app won’t even open at all. Its stuck on the blue loading screen and will not go any further. I sent the developer a email regarding this issue and have never herd anything back. Even tried to contact the company and no response. Seems like they don’t care about their customers. Enough so that I had multiple cards and continued using them all (after getting new ones when the old expired) up until recently. It seems that the last I’d say probably 3-4 years has gone to absolute GARBAGE with these cards. My new cards have STOPPED coming in the mail and I am unable to submit for replacement cards. Customer support is excruciatingly hard to get a hold of. You CANNOT link them to ANYTHING not even cash app. You can’t transfer money to someone unless they also use the prepaid version of card.com. The list just goes on and on and on. HOWEVER!! - The Card.com Premium Banking is EXCEPTIONALLY satisfying!! I just started using it last month and I can’t stop getting excited over this card and the entire banking experience. So much so, that I’m going to order a second card and open one of the savings accounts as well. The designs are great, functionality is easy and above expectations, security is amazing and transactions as well as transferring funds, whether it’s another card user or not OR another banking app is AMAZINGLY EASY AND FAST! I can link it to ANY other app and you’re able to lock and unlock it with ease. Great job creating this new experience! ### 1/5 — Not worth the hassle *2024-10-02, version 4.1.0* The debit card requires a minimum direct deposit monthly in order to be used for free. Apparently, no exceptions and it was never spelled out that way when applying for the card. Canceled it as soon as they tried to charge a monthly fee. Don’t advertise it as “free” and then try to charge. And NO, I won’t read your “fine” print. ### 1/5 — Read! *2024-06-14, version 4.0.1* I’ve had this for years and I’m completely done with this bank company I’ve had so many fraudulent issues, a few times it was small amounts of money come out of my account but recently my account was drained from an unknown merchant from another country you’d think your own bank can stop a pending transaction/payment but no they said they’d have to wait for the transaction to go through before they can do anything which I question any other bank would instantly stop a suspicious transaction or freeze an account the app lacks of tools too some apps lets you automatically freezer your debit card while you don’t use it which would makes a good feature so these things don’t happen. So if your looking for a online bank look in a different direction this isn’t it. Also I’m sure they are just handing out your information because my account doesn’t go two months without some type of fraudulent issue. ### 1/5 — Beware of card.com *2024-06-13, version 4.0.1* I have been with card.com for years and this year they started allowing a scam website company to steal money from my card at $45 a month for over eight months when I finally caught it and filed a dispute. Card com told me there was no error?! Which can only mean they are part of the scam so if you ever see HCB bill on your card, just know they will not refund your money because they are part of the scam. Apparently I lost $350 to the scam and card.com will not refund my money ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-01-20, version 4.0.0* Scam signed me up for an account without permission. ### 1/5 — This card is the worst *2024-01-07, version 4.0.0* I would never recommend it to anyone all the limitations they have you can’t have over 15,000 in your account. And if your card is damaged or lost, they sent you a new one with new credit card number. The problem is if you have bill sent to that number they won’t get paid that makes no sense. Why can’t they keep the same number. When Bank of America send you a new card it has the same number on the card as the last card not giving you a whole new number. I just took the last of my money out of my account the other day and I would never use this again. I went with a real bank I called them and they told me they’re not even a bank, had I known what I known eight years ago I would not have gotten this account. I only got it because of the design on the card which is Oscar the Grouch. please do not get this card. If you’re reading this, they are the worst company ever. Mine has been hacked like 7 times and they act like it’s my fault. I’ll be sitting at work and get an alert someone a hundred miles away has taken $500 from my account. I’ll call and report it and they put me on trial. I go to work and home that’s all I do and they make me do all the leg work too because their site isn’t secure. Not good Card. FORSURE the BEST way to travel. I uoload at any KROGERS never had problems uploading or spend anywhere in the US. Going to the CRIBAN THIS FEBRUARY as I have used them to buy all travel plans as well as I have three cards and with everything going cashless it is going to be safer than using banking cards. I would also carry them if u have teenage kids as I give each one of mine when they go out and as a back up safe way to have a backup plan for then. Com since around 2017 and I have not had a single issue whatsoever. There has never been any charges to my case that I did not make myself. I have never had an issue with direct deposit and I always get paid before everyone else at work. I do not like never being able to speak to a live person if I happen to call but other than that I love this card.
