### 1/5 — Illegal

*2025-09-12, version 1.1.1*

I downloaded this app to leave this review. An ad for it shows Nezuko Kamado, a 14 year old girl in provocative clothing and wearing a sexualised expression. Delete this game.

### 1/5 — Full game breakdown

*2025-09-04*

Saw this game in my apple main and thought “ooo, a gooner game?” Figured it’d be cheesy but thought I’d get a good kick out of it. The negative reviews about the ads are correct. You start out the run with a cheesy doodle and the AI girl gets more realistic with the amount of points you get with there being 5 stages until you just have to complete the stage. Then, at the end of every stage, you fill up a meter that unlocks the card of an exclusive AI girl (I guess I didn’t make it very far lol). From what I can tell you get an ad after you load the game, that you can skip after a few seconds, and ad after you beat the level which is 2 ads that’s skippable after a minute, and another ad after collect the card which is skippable after a few seconds. There is also a “trade” system where you can go through your collection and choose to trade with a set card that has been shown and it acts like trading football cards in elementary school like someone is on the other end. You have to provide enough value to the trade to be able to do it. Or you can watch another minute of ads to “scam” them and just … take the card lol. This game is not for the faint of heart.

### 1/5 — 1% game 99% ad

A Deconstruction of Card Run AI Evolution: When a Game Becomes an Advertisement Platform In an era where mobile gaming thrives on accessibility, creativity, and engagement, Card Run AI Evolution emerges as an unfortunate emblem of everything wrong with modern mobile game design. Ostensibly marketed as an exhilarating “waifu running game” where players collect charming characters and navigate through dynamic challenges, it instead reveals itself to be an exhausting exercise in relentless advertising bombardment, hollow gameplay, and a blatant prioritization of profit over player experience. The Illusion of Gameplay At first glance, Card Run AI Evolution seems to promise a vibrant experience—animated characters sprinting through stylized tracks, flashy upgrades, and an evolving AI-driven narrative. But beneath this thin veneer lies a soul-crushing reality: the “gameplay” constitutes a minuscule fraction of the overall experience. The average player will find themselves spending far more time staring at loading screens for ads than actually interacting with the game. Each click, whether it’s to level up a character, proceed to the next stage, or—heaven forbid—claim a reward, triggers yet another 30-second unskippable ad for some equally soulless mobile clone game. This imbalance is not merely frustrating; it’s an intentional design choice. The developers have finely tuned every mechanic to ensure players are herded, almost mechanically, into viewing as many ads as possible. The game isn’t a game—it’s a glorified delivery system for ad revenue. Artificial Progression and Predatory Design What little gameplay exists is often marred by artificial barriers. Upgrades require exorbitant in-game currencies, conveniently purchasable through microtransactions or, predictably, by watching more ads. The waifus—the supposed heart of the game—are often locked behind opaque paywalls or gacha mechanics with abysmally low drop rates. The result? A cycle of frustration, fleeting dopamine hits, and an insidious sense of sunk-cost fallacy that keeps players tethered to their screens. It would be forgivable if Card Run AI Evolution offered compelling gameplay loops or strategic depth to justify its monetization tactics. Instead, it presents the player with a repetitive grind: swipe left, swipe right, dodge obstacle, collect shiny object, repeat ad nauseam. The Advertisement-Game Symbiosis The issue isn’t merely the presence of ads—it’s their omnipresence. Ads are so tightly interwoven into Card Run AI Evolution that they transcend being interruptions and become the primary content. You don’t play the game to experience the game; you play it to unlock the next ad. Some mobile games manage to strike a balance between monetization and user satisfaction, offering opt-in ad views for tangible rewards. Card Run AI Evolution, however, makes ads compulsory, punitive, and deliberately obstructive to the flow of play. This monetization-first approach creates an environment where player enjoyment is secondary, if considered at all. It transforms what could have been a lighthearted, enjoyable pastime into a frustrating slog, leaving players feeling more like cattle being herded into ad corrals than engaged participants in a digital adventure. A Symptom of a Larger Disease The tragedy of Card Run AI Evolution isn’t just that it’s bad—it’s that it represents a broader trend in mobile gaming. Increasingly, developers are opting for quick cash-grabs, relying on predatory advertising tactics and addictive reward loops rather than meaningful gameplay design. It’s a symptom of a market that prioritizes metrics over artistry, engagement rates over creative vision. Players are not customers in this model; they’re data points to be mined, wallets to be squeezed, and attention spans to be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Conclusion Card Run AI Evolution could have been something better—a fun, quirky game that blends charm and challenge into an entertaining mobile experience. Instead, it chooses to embody the worst excesses of the free-to-play model, reducing itself to a shallow vehicle for advertisements. What remains is a stark lesson for both players and developers: a game cannot thrive when 99% of its runtime is designed not for play, but for profit. As players, we must demand better. And as creators, there must be a reckoning with the question: when does a game stop being a game and become nothing more than a digital billboard? Card Run AI Evolution doesn’t just fail—it fails spectacularly, becoming an accidental commentary on the state of mobile gaming in 2024.

### 1/5 — Why is it a kids game???

*2024-12-27, version 1.1.0*

........

### 1/5 — Bad

*2024-12-22, version 1.1.0*

To many adds

### 2/5 — Erm why do kids like this game?

*2024-10-05, version 1.1.0*

I feel like they make their ads sexual so that they could get kids to play their game. The game itself is kinda basic like those pop it or etc. games (idk what else their is 🤷). This is just my opinion, but I think that this is just a lazy game that has 60% just ads after every game. I only got this app bc I wanted to see what it actually looked like, and I found this on YouTube shorts (no way this is almost at 5 stars, do y’all parents even approve this app for u to even play? Buster I think u just downloaded ur self🫢)

### 4/5 — Don’t do this to for what it showed

*2024-08-20, version 1.1.0*

For those of you who came here to play on YouTube Dont if you did want to play it then just play it for what it is please don’t play it just because it doesn’t show what you want it to show be grateful that they worked hard on making the game Atleast
