There really is so much potential for this app and the way they are responsive to feedback and request for new features is promising! After bad experiences on whatnot and other apps, the card shop live app is really a welcome change! ### 5/5 — The Premier Live Break App *2022-08-09, version 1.9* Blows all competition out of the water. All sellers are super responsive and make sure you have a great experience while in their break rooms. Also have other features like grading submissions unlike other break apps. I’m not going to get on here and bash the other, sketchy breaking apps and What Not, but there are a lot of shady breakers that use them. The Cardshop guys have used those other trash apps as a guide of What Not to do. They have vetted out the sketchy breakers and only use trusted breakers to promote a safe and secure community. There have been a lot of people getting scammed by the “other guys” with people not receiving cards and What Not. I joined the app when it was in beta and throughly enjoyed it. The app is very smooth to run through. One thing I love is if you join a break and are unable to watch live, you can rewatch any previous stream. Love the content on their podcast and so far this app seems to be a home run ### 5/5 — Great Sports Card App *2022-05-06, version 1.4* If you are into collectible sports cards you need this app. The app is mainly for people who want to purchase and watch box breaks. The app is always evolving and providing the best service. Even if you aren’t into purchasing a break being able to watch live opening of boxes is very educational for the sports card enthusiast. ### 5/5 — Will Become The Go To For Breaks and Auctions *2022-05-06, version 1.4* As a big fan of the Sports Card Nonsense podcast, I’ve been very excited for this app to come out, and so far it has delivered. The video stream quality is excellent, and I love that all of the breakers are vetted and trusted by Card Shop Live. Is the app perfect? No- it could use some interface improvements, but for a brand new app, the concept and execution is excellent. App seems easy to navigate and I’m looking forward to using it ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Shady and greedy *2023-07-21* If I could give this app a negative star I would cause they don’t even deserve 1 star. Stay away from gio and his team of scammers. They make bid breaks with shills to up the bid on a team your interested in. I asked one of the breakers mike how he makes money and to my surprise he said “I don’t make any money from this app”. I’m not a rocket scientist but I think if you create and app you usually do it for money lol. I was deceived on a pick your own team break where I thought I was bidding on all 32 baseball teams but it turned out that Mike was holding the big dogs till the later end to make sure he wasn’t going to loose on his break. Luckily I got my money back. Also the cards he sent me where in terrible condition etc off centered and damaged. Funny when he’s opining hobby product not retail wal-mart stuff. Either way you make your own choice just remember me when you get screwed by this scam. They aren’t even transparent on their bid prices adding extra money calling it taxes, fees and shipping and handling. Don’t let these scammers get you!
