So when put my location controls n go to the placei need to be the card declines me or it says out of location! Um i dont know about your service I really dont like this card!! Was fixed for a few days then went back to requiring login and pw before checking Face ID every time. Then got even worse requiring a security check of no proxy on WiFi, but always gives the error even after correcting the settings. My bank wants me to use this to prevent fraud and this app won't even open most times. (Why?) -No option to change time zone after first selecting it, and no option to use regular time rather than military time. ### 1/5 — Doesnt work *2025-03-08, version 1.0.38* My bank is requiring us to move to this app. Put in my card number says it’s invalid. Take a picture of the card still invalid. Clearly this app is flawed. I can’t access the app and it doesn’t provide and option to send the code to an email. I called my bank and they referred me back to Card Suite Lite and the bank does not have a support phone number for the app. I tried googling and found nothing for support contact information. I shut it off. So when they started deducting money out of my checking, I put a freeze on it called my bank. 15 transactions was made they stop five. So make a long story short if I had it on. Wish I could add nicknames to know which card is which without having to look up the number or view history. Other than that it’s fine! ### 4/5 — Facial recognition doesn’t work right *2024-10-25* Only complaint is you can’t use the facial recognition to log in. I don’t think anyone likes having to enter username/password anymore. Other than that it works as it should. ### 4/5 — Works fine but… *2024-09-04, version 1.0.31* The only complaint I have it that the facial recognition doesn’t work if you have been out of the app longer than 1 hour. Facial recognition should work regardless of the last time you used the app if that is how you setup your login preference. I have the iPhone 13 and all of the other features work fine.
