### 1/5 — LOST ALL OF MY DATA

*2026-07-27, version 2.6*

This was a decent app to track the respiratory rate of my small dog with a heart murmur. I check roughly once every other week. This week I go to check and I now need to login (I have no login) and I have lost 100% of the data that I have been compiling for the past 6 years. No notice. I also can’t even create an account so I’m annoyed all around. Complete and total fail, Cardalis. People actually use this app to maintain and manage pet health, you’ve just screwed a lot of us for no reason.

### 1/5 — LOST YEARS OF DATA

*2026-07-27, version 2.6*

Years of valuable data completely lost without warning!

### 2/5 — my data is gone & i miss my dog

*2026-07-27, version 2.6*

was a great app to use that was recommended by my vet when my dog first got diagnosed with CHF. he recently passed away and i didn’t have the courage to open up the app until now. i didn’t expect that i’d never be able to see the last heart rates of his that i tracked. The lack of care and responsibility regarding user data management and accessibility is beyond disgusting and the company as a whole should be ashamed for not even giving users a chance to save the data before the app was revamped.

### 1/5 — Update destroyed a great app

*2026-07-27, version 2.6*

The recent app has just completely ruined a simple product that worked well. I don’t want to log in to measure my dog’s heart rate every single time. It’s impossible to switch between dogs without changing the setting for which one is the “main” dog. Every single extra step increases the chance of the dog waking up while you are trying to get the app working. Clearly updated by someone who doesn’t have a dog. What a tremendous shame.

### 1/5 — Lost years of data

*2026-07-26, version 2.6*

My pup has severe mitral valve disease and we were using this app for years to track his heart rate. Now my hubby and I are not able to log in and we have lost years of data, right before his upcoming cardiologist appt. Very disappointing!!

### 1/5 — All data lost after a year

*2026-07-26, version 2.6*

I relied on the app to keep respiratory rates and notes for 2 Maltese beauties, 14 year young sisters with heart conditions. I loved that I could have their vet check the reports, graphs and my notes on them. But without warning all their data and my account are both gone. How irresponsible to not give the users at least a chance to print results before erasing a year’s worth of information. Simply awful.

### 1/5 — Deleted Years Worth of Data

*2026-07-25, version 2.6*

I’m furious. My dog has a heart murmur and it deleted two years worth of data for my little girl. No apology, no promise to fix this, absolutely furious. The new app isn’t even as good. I’m so angry.

### 2/5 — What about cats?

*2026-07-25, version 2.6*

It was great, now it’s not. Shame on Cardalis. It WAS easy to use, easy to email data to my vet. BUT the update last week lost all my breathing rate data and my log in & account info. A few days later and I have to log in again but my password manager doesn’t recode the app. I’m not starting from scratch yet again. Very frustrating. Also, you know cats need Cardalis as well right? Why limit the account info to dogs only? How hard can it be to include cat breeds? 5 stars if your next update doesn’t delete data & finds all my old account details AND you respect/include cats (or other critters!). Zero stars if you don’t fix this and will go back tons stop watch function on phone, pen & paper.

### 1/5 — Deleted data

*2026-07-24, version 2.6*

Devastated as the app has updated and erased years of data which was really important to the health of my pets. There should’ve been warning and a way for us to download and keep our data. Gutted.

### 1/5 — Update erased all history without warning

*2026-07-24, version 2.6*

I understand wanting to update your app to improve services. But developers updated the app and provided existing users zero warning a change was coming that would clear out years worth of history with no way to recover. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
