I inquired as to why or when this change was made and why it wasn’t advertised BEFORE purchasing the gift card, and I got nothing but sarcasm and rude comments from (ironically) a claims representative who went by “Sunshine”…probably the darkest and most pretentious customer service person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’d strongly recommend purchasing gift cards from a different platform. Customer service refused to refund and kept hiding behind their “no return policy,” even after I provided video proof. This is not a return issue — it’s a defective product. Use the website instead. ### 1/5 — Fraud/Scam *2025-12-11, version 3.5.4* (EVERYONE REPORT THIS APP FOR SCAMMING ) I wanted to sell my gift card to them I ended up using the gift after telling them I didn’t want to sell it anymore the moment you submit your gift card card number and pin it’s over with they eventually take your balance with out even paying you long story short the gift card I wanted to sell was a Best Buy card worth $100 bucks I used some of it with remaining balance of $86 I tried buying a Christmas gift this morning just to find out my card was on $0 and before they took out all my money there were $86 dollars to spend I just want to let the people know that this app is nothing but a scam and should be taken down do your research when trying to sell your gift cards go on safari and search up the best gift card selling websites this one will show up as the worst one with a lot of people reporting scams . ### 1/5 — Fraud gift cards *2025-12-03, version 3.5.4* Purchase a gift card with them for royal Caribbean. When I tried to redeem it, they said it had no cash value. I messaged card cash and they said there’s nothing that can do all purchases are final.
