I had this card for over a year without this charge. I use this card for my direct deposit and daily spending, it’s always active and funded every two weeks through my employer. The email stated that it’s not my fault or any wrongdoing on my part— they just apparently felt like closing it down. No reasonable explanation as to why this decision was made or how it was made. No indication that the service itself is shutting down or they have to down size. Horrible, customer service is absolutely no help. Don’t waste your time with this card company. I received a email on 03-03-26, that they are closing my account for no reason. The email stated it was nothing that I’ve done wrong. Plus, no illegal activity. I receive SSDI I did open a new checking and savings account through another bank. Unfortunately, on the SSA website, the soonest they can change my direct deposit would be starting in May. My account with this bank closes on 04-03-26.
