Now it won’t let me back in. It signed me out and now it won’t send a password reset. It’s even saying my information is invalid when it was working two days ago. Definitely do not recommend until the fix these issues. Thankfully I didn’t shut my card off or I would’ve been screwed by this app. ### 1/5 — Terrible Password system. *2022-10-07, version 1.1.7* No matter what I do this app refuses to allow Apple to remember the password, and getting back into the account is a nightmare. Locked out so many times. ### 1/5 — Great when it works *2022-08-02, version 1.1.7* It’s great when it works and gives you peace of mind that others can’t use your numbers if you have the cards turned off. But I had a very bad experience today. I had four bars of LTE service available, but the app would not connect. I force closed it and reopened it several times, I even rebooted my phone out of desperation, but no matter what I did, the app would not connect. I was unable to buy anything that I didn’t have cash for at the store today because I was unable to turn my cards on to use them. We updated it and it still doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed!! *2022-04-03, version 1.1.7* Appears CardCommand does not notify of swipes anymore. All of my iPhone settings are activated but the app doesn’t alert of swipes anymore. Cannot even get set up. App says the card expiration, printed on the card, is invalid so it locks me out. Truly pitiful app, and, the app’s “contact us” is a joke. They put generic links to Facebook and Twitter, yet they have no accounts in either. No phone number. Found my card not long after. Went to the app to turn my card back on and now my card won’t work. My card is now “not active. “ ### 1/5 — Please fix face id bugs *2020-06-12, version 1.1.2* Every time I login I get an invalid request message. I have to reset my password and remove face id constantly. This is horrible. After getting invalid request for face id, I type in my password and get the same message. However the app stopped notifying me just 2 transactions in to using the app. I'm hoping it's only temporary and things will start to come through like they were in real time. I also feel like the controls are a little bit barebones and it would be nice to be able to customize what restrictions to place a little more (for instance always blocking a certain vendor by blacklisting a certain string.) Edit: changed to 4 stars after transactions started going through!
