Things which I liked the most is the courteous way the team handled the entire process from booking the appointment to car handover. Specifically **Iyaz** who showed upmost ownership and was very quick in responding to all my queries almost round the clock. They will tell you that your car will be sold within 2 weeks of you buying out the membership. And they promise you that if your vehicle doesn't get sold within two weeks they will initiate the refund. After buying premium membership they employee numbers will be switch off. They gave me two leads and that leads aren't responding. If I call to customer care they aren't responding. The person who forced me to buy the membership isn't responding. Totally they will ignore you after buying the premium membership. If you give a complain through mail and ask them refund. They will reply by saying their is no refund in our policy. They will scam you and cardekho is total scam. I'm requesting everyone not to buy the premium membership in cardekho. ### 1/5 — ⚠️ WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS – CarDekho IS HIGHLY NEGLIGENT ⚠️ *2025-07-09* I sold my car (HR26BW7459 – Honda City) to CarDekho over 2.5 YEARS ago — yet the car is still registered in my name. And guess what? I am still receiving traffic challans for a car I no longer own. That’s right — someone else is driving the vehicle, breaking laws, and I AM BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Despite over a year of follow-ups, endless calls, emails, and fake promises of “we’re working on it,” CarDekho has done absolutely nothing to fix this. This is criminal negligence — a clear case of failure to transfer ownership, risking legal action, financial penalty, and harassment to a former owner who trusted their platform. ✅ To all future sellers: BEWARE before using CarDekho. ❌ They don’t follow through. ❌ They don’t take responsibility. ❌ They ignore your rights. If this issue isn’t resolved IMMEDIATELY, I will be pursuing legal action, including filing a complaint with RTO, consumer court, and publicly reporting this across all platforms. Our experience at every step has been unsatisfactory to say the least. First, the sales person came driving the same car which we had booked, even to do some paper work before delivery. Second, On the day of delivery we were not given any papers or sale agreements or the RC copy. The icing on the cake- we found out that the Catalytic Converter is missing from the car. You will never be able to sell your car at the price you want to. I still am regretting putting my car on this app. They wont even let you delete your listing. Please be careful when you think of selling your car on this app. I’ve suffered enough with them.
