Downloaded because i wanted a simple flash card app. This app fills the niche. No annoying commercials, just a commercial band at the bottom. But when the band pops up the app becomes glitchy and you have to close the app and restart but that’s never happens while actually studying the cards so it’s no big deal. It would be nice if i could scan words/ work into the app and watch an advertisement to complete the scan. Overall 1 day in very good simple app. If anything changes for better or worse I’ll update.

The whole app got a design and motion pass in this release.

- Every screen now uses CardFlip's own theme - app bars, navigation, cards and buttons.
- Tapping a deck carries its progress ring into the deck screen.
- Empty screens, search results and errors are properly designed instead of bare text.
- Confidence buttons answer your touch instantly; XP counts up; mastering a deck, hitting a streak milestone or acing a quiz gets a real celebration.
- New: turn ads off for 24 hours by watching one short video, or double a session's XP - both entirely optional.
- New: an optional daily study reminder.
- Big decks scroll faster and the app is smaller.
- Leaving a session part-way now asks before discarding your answers.

- Faster cold start.
- The match game timer now pauses when you leave the app, so your time is your real time.
