That's not the welcome we want. We tracked down the cause (an over-eager sign-in limit that could trip on the first try from shared networks) and we've shipped a fix. Please give it another go; if anything still blocks you, email support@cardgrade.io and we'll get you in right away. — The CardGrade team ### 3/5 — Shouldn’t be Capped on grading cards *2026-07-31* Change my mind why even a basic subscription is worth it without unlimited scans. I gave it a shot and tried to check and see how often I may use it and didn’t take me long to come up against the cap of scans I can do. Does the scan give you a great ideas if should grade yes but the value for what they charge is a big no. I cannot justify a subscription that I can use at anytime I want to. I find more value in other AI grading apps. That allow me to scan as much as i want. **Developer response:** Thanks for trying CardGrade. Full AI grades use grading credits. Collection Scanner requires an active subscription, has temporary daily scan limits, and doesn’t use a grading credit.
