HIIT with Polar is a fitness app that uses heart rate sensors such as Polar H10 to let you check your heart rate in real time during HIIT workouts.

During high-intensity exercises such as burpees, you can monitor your current heart rate and workout intensity, making it easier to train at an intensity that suits you.
