## What is Cardiac Recovery?

Cardiac Recovery monitors heart rate change during physical activity and measures the rate of increase and recovery of the heart rate during the phases of maximum activity.  Heart Rate Recovery (HRR) is a convenient and simple indicator by which you can track your progress in training and assess your health.
  Program functionality:
Heart rate monitoring with timeline chart, HRR-1 measurement. 
The gauge displaying the current heart rate value and the dynamics of heart rate recovery.
Heart test.  Allows you to measure the HRR value in 1 and 2 minutes more accurately. 
The program has an option to notify you through vibration about an increase or decrease in heart rate at specified values. This improves awareness of the state of the heart rate during exercise.
 The Cardiac Recovery app integrates with a health app HealthKit to read and track your heart rate data for calculating HRR and drawing chart.
