## What is Cardio Bunny?

Make CARDIO not boring.

Cardio Bunny turns stairmaster, walking, and heart-rate training into a game. Stay in your fat-burning zone, follow a plan built around your goal, and actually look forward to the workout.

YOUR PLAN, NOT A GENERIC SHEET
Tell us your goal - lose weight, build performance, or build endurance - plus your schedule, target weight, and where you train. Cardio Bunny builds a personalized cardio plan with a realistic timeline.

TRAIN IN THE RIGHT ZONE
Live BPM from a Bluetooth heart rate strap or watch. See when to push and when to ease off. No guessing.

CARDIO GAMES THAT KEEP YOU THERE
Zig Zag Ball steers with your heart rate: stay in the zone, stay on the line, keep the points. Stairmaster sessions can run with camera or video in the background so the minutes don’t drag.

STAY CONSISTENT
Streaks, achievements, monthly results, and reminders when you’d rather skip. Track calories, time, and fat-burn stats from real sessions - then sync completed workouts to the Health app.

Cardio Bunny is for the gym stairmaster, a walk outside, or a session at home. If cardio is the thing you skip, this is the part that finally clicks.
