## What is Cardio Command?

Cardio Command turns your real heart rate into altitude. Stay in the target zone, score points, and climb five mountains — each harder than the last. Built on real interval training science. Three steps from your couch to the summit. The only gear you need is your Apple Watch and a willingness to work for it.

Eleven interval training programs. Thirty-five badges to earn. A Summit Card after every climb — your real heart rate, drawn as a mountain, ready to share. Trail Radio plays a soundtrack that shifts with your zone, no phone required.

Free to start. $3.99 once unlocks everything. No subscription, ever.

Every interval program in Cardio Command is based on published research — Norwegian 4×4 for VO2 max, Tabata for anaerobic capacity, Zone 2 for mitochondrial density. The game wraps the protocol; the protocol does the work.

Every climb syncs to your iPhone over WatchConnectivity. History, achievements, lifetime stats, and high-resolution Summit Cards for sharing — all in an app that knows everything you've climbed.

Full climb history with sharable details
Badge achievement grid with progress toward unearned badges
Lifetime stats: total elevation, best % in zone, streak calendar
One-tap Instagram Stories export at 1080×1920

Requires Apple Watch Series 6 or later running watchOS 26.
