### 2/5 — According to Cardiogram I should be dead!

*2025-10-01, version 3.7.48*

I am super fit 55 yo man. My VOmax is 36. I have perfect BP control and a clean recent ECHO. I run 5 days and do a 6 mile ruck with 55 pounds every week. Yet Cardiogram health score steadily drops as if I should be in a retirement home. TODAY, my score literally went from .7 (really) to 0! Yes, ZERO! I used this app for years and it was useful but expensive. Today, I cancelled it and won’t renew. When my subscription is done, I’ll be deleting this app. There are better options for way cheaper. DONT waste your money on Cardiogram.

### 4/5 — Tell me another joke!

*2025-08-25, version 3.7.46*

This has to be one of the worse apps there is. I paid good money for the premium app. It works when it might want to work. Constantly get “network error 0”. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my network, period, so it has to be on their end! I have over 700 apps on my iPhone, and this app is the only one that causes any problem! Also can’t load data “reload”. That does not work either. Have totally removed app and reinstalled app several times. Does not solve either issue. Please, do not waste your money on this junk app! EDIT: Tech support is absolutely terrible! You can submit a teck support request and they will respond once. They don't fix the problem and they don't respond to further support. Please don't get sucked in to paying for premium service, you will be disappointed!

EDIT: I was finally reached out to by support and they completely removed my issues. Good job. Thankx

### 2/5 — Unknown price until….

*2025-06-19, version 3.7.46*

** Not a review of app functionality **

I don’t sign-up for anything if I don’t know the subscription price.

While I understand I can use the app for 30 days for free; I don’t understand why I have to sign up before knowing future cost.

It’s not in the App Store description, and still unknown until after one signs up (I assume as I never got that far).

This is a problem with many apps not just this one — but it’s a deal breaker for me. Apps capture my PII, then reveal cost. No thanks.

### 3/5 — Not all medications can be entered

*2025-03-11, version 3.7.37*

I have had a heart attack already so have a host of medications but I couldn’t add some of the ones I’m on that are common for people with hypertension or CAD.

### 4/5 — updating

*2025-02-19, version 3.7.37*

complained four days ago that my wife’s Apple Watch stopped updating to her iphone no one has contacted her regarding the problem.

Problem is now fixe, it just took too long to contact me.

### 4/5 — No dark mode

*2025-01-23, version 3.7.37*

Product is good app is average and lacks dark mode.

### 3/5 — Cancelled… now unhealthy

*2024-12-10, version 3.7.37*

Interesting that when I decided not to renew that all my markers turned for the worse. In one day I developed sleep apnea and my hypertension score went up drastically. Also note that I get elevated heart rate notifications while exercising. What happened to this app?

### 1/5 — was good

*2024-12-02, version 3.7.37*

After update bad

### 2/5 — Overall Kinda Useless

*2024-11-26, version 3.7.37*

The app is great if you are just using the app. But if you want to compare the data it tracks to other health app data, the is completely useless. You cannot scroll or go to a date, go to a diff app, and then come back to Cardiogram for that info. It refreshes and goes back to the current, which is absolutely poor UX in my opinion. What is the point of historical health data if an app limits how you interface with the data. Really bad design.

### 1/5 — Ghosted by customer support.

*2024-11-11, version 3.7.26*

I loved Cardiogram and used it alongside my Fitbit for a couple of years to help manage PoTS. They WERE great on the one occasion there was an issue. Upon switching to a Garmin watch two months ago it stopped tracking the heart rate accurately. I emailed asking for help and did receive some replies saying they would look into it for me. Everything was polite, I have no idea why they stopped responding but they suddenly stopped replying a month ago. I had stopped paying temporarily and emailed to say I hoped they could help work it out as I wanted to subscribe again, I just didn’t want to pay another month while it wasn’t working properly. In their last email to me I was offered the app for free while they investigated. My reply was saying that would be great thank you. This never happened though and they have now completely ghosted me. I believe what I now have is the free version which doesn’t give me all the features I used before. The high and low heart rate alerts are greatly missed and I’m struggling to manage fainting episodes without them.

I reached out in the Facebook group to ask if anyone knew what the problem was with customer support and I was ignored there by admins too. I’ve since been removed from the group! I was always polite and patient in emails, I have no idea why they chose not to engage with me anymore. I’d love to have this app back, I really miss it. I just can’t justify paying for it when it’s not tracking my heart rate accurately - although it’s still more accurate than Garmin alone so if they’ve actually come back to me and said they can’t fix it I’d probably have stayed! Cannot recommend though as they don’t help with problems that arise and don’t communicate. Clearly they’re trying to cover something up. There was no need, I’d have been understanding!

### 4/5 — nice but

*2024-10-15, version 3.7.26*

needs a dark mode stat

### 1/5 — No Longer Accurate

*2024-10-10, version 3.7.26*

For the last decade I have referred all cardiac patients, POTS, ME/CFS, and Long COVID patients here. Sadly my drs don’t allow most patients with these conditions to look at bright screens, so this app has become unusable. App support hasn’t replied in over 6 months to my bouncing illegible interface, and this afternoons screenshot I managed to catch between bounces, is no longer matching what the app is reflecting hours later. I would reach out to app support again, but sadly I don’t have energy to waste on unwelcome feedback on their app.

### 1/5 — Great app, poor customer service.

*2024-10-03, version 3.7.26*

So I have been using this app and it's great - however, I started using the migraine aspect of the application and ran into an issue that I contact customer service for - still waiting for a response. So based on the poor customer service I'll not be using this going forward.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Difficulty Sharing with Partner

*2025-11-05, version 3.7.48*

Extremely difficult to use in time of need, very hard to set up and even after following all the steps it still doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — Logging In

*2025-10-23, version 3.7.48*

The app is broken. I tried logging into and it sent me 12 emails with codes to verify my email address. So I can’t log into and there is no way to get help for this issue

### 1/5 — Lost

*2025-10-05, version 3.7.48*

Unbelievable, my information was gone, only response was it only happened to some Fitbit users. Unfortunately, mine was completely wiped. This is what you get when you buy the premium no excuses shouldn’t happen.
An app should not be a beta test !

I did reach out to the individual that informed me of the problem. He never did apply to my second email

### 1/5 — NOT Free

*2025-07-31, version 3.7.46*

If u r looking for something free this is NOT it. U cant even take a reading unless u pay. I wasn’t looking for all the other bells and whistles just some to track my heart rate for my doctor I been out of work for 4 month can’t afford another bill There wasn’t even a trial period.

### 1/5 — Incorrect info

*2025-05-29, version 3.7.45*

Reports shows everything in green but overall I’m at risk…not sure what this app is telling me at this point. Kind of useless tbh.

### 1/5 — Does nothing

*2025-05-25, version 3.7.45*

The reviews for this app must be fake. All this does is monitor your heart rate, and hitch your Apple Watch or Oura ring already does.

### 1/5 — Tried the free trail

*2025-05-10, version 3.7.44*

It does not work,I checked it againist a blood pressure machine. Dont waste your money!

### 1/5 — Won’t recognize my subscription

*2025-01-31, version 3.7.37*

I’m already subscribed but it’s trying to have me resubscribe or delete my account with no option to restore purchase or recognize the subscription I already have. I’ve been subscribed for 2 years because I have to track my heart rate due to my POTS.

### 1/5 — frequently deletes itself

*2025-01-22, version 3.7.37*

incredibly odd, constantly disappearing from watch, occasionally fixed by redownloading completely. lasts about 6-12 hours each time. otherwise incredible app.

### 1/5 — Scam (Read this)

*2024-12-20, version 3.7.37*

We tracked this App and found that data sets are pointing to India. So they are basically stealing your info. Scammers ! Never trust people from

### 5/5 — A Cardiogram fan…

*2024-11-27, version 3.7.37*

I’ve been quite impressed with the valuable data I get from Cardiogram, beyond the data I already receive from my device (Fitbit Inspire 2). The activity tracking, HR recovery data, etc. is very helpful to me as I progress through “managed A-fib” status. My cardiologist actually took a few minutes to scan some of my activity data at my last visit. She agreed that it was a good health management tool.

I’ve also interfaced a little with the Cardiogram support team (shout out to Kevin McReynolds!) and found them to be responsive, helpful and supportive.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app

*2024-11-25, version 3.7.26*

Excellent

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-09-27, version 3.7.35*

I’m into fitness: working out every other day for about 1.5 hours, walk 6 miles daily. Use Apple Watch to keep track of things. While Apple Fitness app does provide info, and I use it, I find I use Cardiogram more . . . Cardio is an excellent app to use with the Apple Watch.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2024-09-21*

This is genuinely a fantastic app.
It's well built, extremely useful and a must have for the iPhone/iwatch. The only negative I can't think of is the price, it's genuinely unaffordable for most working people, this unfortunately will stop me using it on that basis but if the subscription becomes cheaper in the future I would have this app back in a heart beat (no pun intended).

### 5/5 — It won’t load anymore on my phone

*2024-05-08, version 3.7.34*

My phone won’t load the app now and I’ve already been charged for a subscription

### 5/5 — love this app

*2024-04-29, version 3.7.34*

i’m surprised to read all of the recent negative reviews. i’ve been using app for a couple of years and love it. it’s comparable to the data i would get from fitbit app.
