## What is Cardiomate?

Blood pressure tracker built for the morning routine. Log systolic, diastolic, and pulse in about 30 seconds. See where you land on the AHA category scale — Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2, Crisis.

One reading. Every morning. Clear trends, not single numbers.

Cardiomate is a calm hypertension log. The morning number matters. The pattern matters more. Watch your weekly band tighten — or not — and bring a clean chart to your doctor. Free, no ads, no account, no data sold.

WHY CARDIOMATE
• Free. No ads. No subscription. No account.
• 30-second logging. Systolic, diastolic, pulse. Done.
• AHA category zones with the AHA source baked in.
• "How to measure" guide — 7 evidence-based steps so every reading is one you can trust.
• Trend band chart. 7, 30, or 90 days at a glance.
• Every reading, kept. Export a clean PDF history to share.
• Full offline. Your data stays on your device.

THE LOOP
1. Log your morning blood pressure.
2. See which AHA zone you landed in.
3. Watch the band on day two, day seven, day thirty.

WHAT YOU GET
• Hero reading card with systolic, diastolic, pulse.
• Dual-line trend chart with systolic + diastolic bands.
• History list, every entry tagged with its AHA category.
• How to measure — step-by-step guide from the American Heart Association.
• Daily tip. Short. Earned.
• Optional morning + evening reminders.
• Full offline. PDF + CSV export.

ABOUT THE NUMBERS
Categories follow the American Heart Association (AHA) guideline ranges. Cardiomate is not a medical device and does not replace a blood pressure monitor or a clinician. Use it to log readings from your cuff and to show your doctor a clearer picture than a single number.

PRIVACY
Your readings stay on your device. No sign-up. No tracking. Nothing sold.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.3 — 2026-08-18

One screen fewer between you and the app.

• The first launch no longer asks you to tick boxes. Continue, and you're in. The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy sit right under the button, open inside the app, and are always in Settings.
• Steadier under the hood: this build reports its own crashes, so a failure on your phone stops being invisible to us.

Still no ads, no account, and no subscription.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-08-11

Apple Health, and the details your doctor asks about.

• Apple Health sync — both ways, and separately. Save your readings out, pull in readings from a connected cuff or watch, or do only one of the two. Both are off until you turn them on.
• Measurement details — tag a reading with the arm, your position, and whether it was before or after medication. Optional, folded away, and it never slows down the 30-second log.
• Clinical averages — mean arterial pressure, pulse pressure, and your morning average next to your evening one.
• Every screen translated, with dates and times written the way your language writes them.
• Fixed: importing from Apple Health now says when it failed, instead of reporting nothing new.

Still no ads, no account, and no subscription.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-05-25

How to measure, the right way.
• NEW: Step-by-step "How to measure" guide — seven evidence-based steps from the American Heart Association. Tap the "?" in Add Reading, or find it in Settings.
• Small reliability improvements under the hood.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-05-04

Polished. Calmer. Sharper.

• Home is one card again. Your latest reading, no noise.
• Trends now lead with the average. Chips below.
• "No change" weeks no longer look like a bug.
• Today stands out in History. The rest steps back.
• New active tab — pill that earns its space.
• Tap targets feel right. Tiny things, the whole way down.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-03-19

Track your blood pressure with more clarity in V1.1.0

- Clear blood pressure status labels across the app
- Simpler reminder presets with better permission guidance
- Smarter Home insights and cleaner empty states
