## What is CardioQ?

Log walks, runs, rides and other cardio by entering only what you know. CardioQ estimates calories burned from your weight and the session's duration, distance and speed, and can save everything to Apple Health.

ENTER WHAT YOU KNOW
Fill in any of duration, distance or speed. Enter two and the third is calculated; enter only duration and a typical speed is assumed. Calculated values appear faintly in the empty fields.

CALORIE ESTIMATE
Calories = exercise intensity (METs) × body weight × time. For walking and running, METs are derived continuously from your speed, so a slow stroll and a brisk walk give different results. Cycling uses speed bands; swimming, stairs, elliptical, rowing, jump rope and aerobics use a light / moderate / vigorous choice. Calories above resting are shown too.

APPLE HEALTH
• Read weight and height from Health
• Save each session as a Workout with duration, distance and active energy
• Show workouts recorded by Apple Watch or other apps in the same list and include them in today's and this week's totals
• Write your weight back to Health
Health access is optional. Enter height and weight manually and every feature still works.

LOOK BACK
• Today's and this week's calories, distance and time
• 14-day and 12-week bar charts with totals, active days and per-session average

OTHER
• Switch between English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese, and between kg/km and lb/mi
• No account, no ads, no network. All records stay on your device
• Free

CardioQ is not a medical device. Calorie figures are general estimates and vary between individuals.
