Pas confiance du tracé, et stress à chaque fois en l’utilisant car 1 fois sur 5 il y a un tracé ininterpretable ou impossible... bref, je ne le recommande pas... ### 1/5 — Inquiet pour les patients *2020-10-28, version 3.3.0* Cette application est clairement un gadget. Je pensais acquérir un outil efficace, moderne, connecté. On peut oublier efficace et moderne... Cette solution n’est pas envisageable dans le cadre professionnel. Seuls moins de 10% des tracés sont exploitables. Dans 90% des cas il est nécessaire de recourir à un autre appareil ecg. De très nombreux parasites apparaissent sur les tracés avec une ligne isoélectrique en dent de scie... Rajoutons que le service technique de cardiosecur ne résout aucun problème technique et que le service commercial ne cherche qu’à gagner du temps. Pour le bien être de vos patients, évitez cette application ! ### 1/5 — Horrible, dangereux *2020-10-27, version 3.3.0* La taille et la légèreté de l’appareil est très attractive. Mais à l utilisation cet ECG ne peut être considéré comme tel. Il réalise des tracés le plus souvent ininterpretables, avec des grandes ondes ou parfois des traces très douteux, ce qui le rend dangereux pour les patients, et pour le professionnel l’utilisant qui s’expose à des erreurs et donc des plaintes ! Le service client promet une MAJ mais elle n’arrive pas. Il nous apporte des solutions abberantes qui ne règlent même pas les problèmes ! Il refuse le remboursement de l’appareil ! Scandaleux ! Un gadget dangereux à plus de 2000 euros ! ### 1/5 — Technologie séduisante mais non utilisable en l’état. *2020-10-27, version 3.3.0* Un ECG séduisant par sa practicité au premier abord, seulement 4 électrodes pour un ECG 22 dérivations, Mais à l’usage de grandes ondes ininterpretables, une ligne de base variable rendant l’interprétation des segments ST impossible. Bref un électrocardiogramme qui ne joue pas son rôle premier pour éliminer les SCA.... Une entreprise qui vend ses appareils très cher et qui refuse le remboursement de ses clients ...
