## What is Cardivia · Heart Coherence?

Heart coherence at your fingertips — with your iPhone camera or a compatible Bluetooth sensor.

No equipment required, no account needed. Your data stays on your iPhone.

With or without a sensor

• No gear: place your finger on the rear camera and flash. Cardivia uses your iPhone camera to guide sessions in real time.

• With sensor (optional): connect a compatible Bluetooth sensor that measures RR intervals (e.g. a compatible chest strap or ear sensor).

No sensor is required to get started.

During a session

A coherence score (0 to 100) updates live. INHALE / EXHALE cues guide your breathing. Choose your profile:

• Relaxing — inhale 4 s · exhale 6 s
• Balanced — inhale 5 s · exhale 5 s
• Dynamic — inhale 6 s · exhale 4 s

Track your progress

History over 7, 30, or 90 days: scores, durations, and zone breakdown. See how you evolve session by session.

Personalized reminders

Schedule up to 6 daily reminders (sound, vibration, or both) to build the habit into your day.

Your data stays on your iPhone

No account required. Sessions are stored locally. Cardivia does not sell your personal data.

Cardivia Premium

2-week free trial, then auto-renewable monthly subscription (€5.99/month). Premium features are detailed in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
