### 2/5 — There are better AI apps

*2026-08-19, version 1.5.6*

The app graded 40/40 cards a 7. I tested it with one of my PSA 10s and it graded it a 7. Do with that info what you will.

### 2/5 — Review

*2026-08-14, version 1.5.6*

I don’t see comparison between raw and graded cards like advertised. I could never access the chat. If I scan the card twice I get drastically different results. Ex: one card estimated value was $10k. I scanned it again and estimated value dropped to around $10

### 4/5 — Mixed feelings

*2026-08-13, version 1.5.6*

I’m plenty aware that the scan is not perfect, some cards I scanned twice and got different values for both times, it give me a rough value so that I’m fine with.

But I did… scan… a Dr Pepper can… and it did find results for a Dr Pepper can which can make me only assume that Cardly just scours the internet for info when it scans. So that spooks me even more because places like eBay or Facebook or wiki, a lot of things aren’t priced near where they should be. But I’m new so I’ll keep playing around with it

### 2/5 — Card man

*2026-08-10, version 1.5.5*

Every card is coming up a 6 or 7 and some have been graded already as 8.5-9’s. Would not recommend.

### 3/5 — Limited scans beware before you buy

*2026-08-08, version 1.5.5*

So I read the reviews and it seemed like the best one to try. Pain for the annual yearly membership for $40 paid an extra $10 to be able to scan multiple cards at once. That’s handy, especially if you have a lot of cards that you haven’t gone through in a long time. That said after maybe scanning for you know a few hours I get told I’ve reached my scan limit for the day. So now I have to wait until tomorrow to check out the value of my remaining thousands of cards. If you ask me, this sounds like they make you pay for something and then they treat it so they cut you off and don’t give you the capability of unlimited scanning. Just saying. On top of that if you don’t want the cards in your queue, you can’t delete multiple once you have to delete them one at a time. Perhaps the developers of this application need to work on fixing those bugs. Then I may get up to five stars.

### 1/5 — Bad Results

*2026-08-08, version 1.5.5*

The ai on this is terrible. Every card I’ve scanned gets the same result, no matter the condition. It doesn’t recognize numbered cards. Gives you base card prices for low numbered parallels. Customer service isn’t helpful and even though you pay, you keep getting pop ups to pay more.

### 1/5 — Dissatisfied

*2026-08-07, version 1.5.5*

I do not even give this one. I have probably scanned 300 cards today and a note pops up that says I’m at my limit for the day even though I paid for the year? In need of help immediately.

### 2/5 — No idea on market values

*2026-08-07, version 1.5.5*

I have a Topps Chrome card that has consistently sold for $350 to $425 since the cards release raw without grading, even as recently as last week.
This have the card a 9 across the board and a value of $21. Not even in the same ballpark as other sales.
Difficult to trust misses like that.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2026-08-06, version 1.5.5*

I take 3 scans back to back same card not even accuracy between 3 scans not even the grading not even with the prices !!!

### 1/5 — Too many subscriptions

*2026-08-06, version 1.5.5*

I opened the app excited to digitally grade some cards right? WRONG as soon as i went to scan a card BOOM “you can get unlimited scans if pay 15$ a MONTH, thats the same as a regular streaming service.

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2026-08-06, version 1.5.5*

Bought the premium version after seeing a ad where it showed the value if the card was graded from psa so you know if it’s worth it to send it off. That feature just simply doesn’t exist and if it does it’s impossible to find on the app. Also the market value is all sorts of off and the examples it would give for high or low are rarely even the same card.

### 2/5 — Service

*2026-08-04, version 1.5.5*

Is there a usage limit per day. I don’t understand.

### 1/5 — Pure Disappointment

*2026-08-02, version 1.5.5*

This is a waste of time and money for the people who use it. It’s no wonder there is not a support or contact us available on you app. I can run the same card a few times and it will come back anywhere from $9-$100+ how can we as consumers think we are getting anything but untrustable nonsense for grading and pricing you took our money so please fix your turd if an app

### 1/5 — 7s across the board

*2026-08-01, version 1.5.5*

I have now scanned 30 cards and each one is coming back as a graded 7 from AI. I thought this was extremely weird so I pulled out a current PSA 10 graded card and it also came back as a 7. Wish I could get my money back…

### 1/5 — Bull

*2026-07-29, version 1.5.4*

Don’t advertise for free if it ain’t free

### 1/5 — Too expensive

*2026-07-28, version 1.5.4*

All the commercials and nothing about how much it costs.

### 1/5 — Wrong card ID

*2026-07-27, version 1.5.4*

I have scanned a Jackson Todd card from 1982. Your app says it’s Bill White. WTF!!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — 8’s all around

*2026-08-18, version 1.5.6*

App is horrible. Gives 8’s 99% of the time no matter what. They do this to be safe and avoid lawsuits. Don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — Expensive

*2026-08-17, version 1.5.6*

Only works with paid version

### 1/5 — Poor Pricing

*2026-08-16, version 1.5.6*

I did pay the yearly fee because honestly, I thought this app would give me good pricing for the cards I have. Well, I have a Prizm golden nylon autograph Sonia Citron card. It came back and gave me a price of $60.98. As a note, this card is a one of one. I only scanned six cards in each card was undervalued.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-08-15, version 1.5.6*

Scanned what I later learned to be a custom Kaboom! Drake Maye rookie card, and the app picked it up as a real one with estimated value $1500-2000. Welllllll-even though the analysis stated set was from Triforce Customs (fake brand-which I did not know) it came out to be worthless. The color and design were both different than kaboom! - their AI doesn’t AI. If I could put the rating as a negative number I would. Better get my money back.

### 1/5 — Not free

*2026-08-14, version 1.5.6*

Don’t say you’re free when you’re not.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2026-08-13, version 1.5.6*

Gives you the wrong PRIce not accurate at all. Waste of time.

### 1/5 — It’s not good

*2026-08-13, version 1.5.6*

The scanner can’t determine different variants of cards like refractors or old upper deck silver and gold inserts from normal versions, and it’s estimated grading feature is so far off it’s worthless. It gave an estimate of a 6 on an already slabbed PSA 10 with a perfectly clean case. When it doesn’t detect the correct version of a card it’s ok at best. At lives gives you an idea of what it will sell for. Grading feature though is not even close to being accurate or useful.

### 1/5 — homos

*2026-08-11, version 1.5.5*

gotta pay to scan a card is ridiculous get bent

### 1/5 — Don’t buy

*2026-08-10, version 1.5.5*

Stupid app, makes you pay for basically everything. Better apps out there that don’t make you pay anything.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2026-08-08, version 1.5.5*

Scanned several cards and all came back with exact same score. The comments for each were same too - like a card with four sharp corners came back saying rounded corners. List goes on and on. This app is a fraud.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Impressed

*2026-08-19, version 1.5.6*

### 5/5 — Selling cards

*2026-08-13, version 1.5.6*

To quote a famous white boy, poet ….. This guy is the best there is the best there was and the best there ever will be.

### 5/5 — Not Legit

*2026-07-26, version 1.5.4*

I gave a bad review claiming the app was taking money that wasnt theirs to take but after further investigating I owed what they took fair n square so i wanted to right that wrong. However their Ai pricing was way off pricing cards way higher than they actually were.

### 5/5 — Cardly AI is not connected to Cardly.net the awesome greeting card company.

*2026-07-22, version 1.5.4*

Just leaving a quick note to avoid confusion: Cardly AI is not connected with Cardly.net.

Cardly.net is a separate company that helps people easily create, print, and send quality handwritten-style greeting cards online, without needing to buy stamps, find a postbox, or remember someone’s birthday at the last minute. Pretty awesome right!

We’ve noticed some people are mixing the two up because the names are similar, so wanted to clarify for everyone who needs it.

If you need help with a Cardly.net greeting card order, please visit Cardly.net directly. If you need help with Cardly AI, you’ll need to contact the Cardly AI developer through the App Store support options. 🙂
