Not being able to access my funds because it’s stating my card is locked when it’s not. Calling trying to get help and nobody can explain what the issue is. All they can do is send a email. No alerts being sent stating the app is down or anything. This is a very big inconvenience and unfortunately I’ll be closing my account on Monday. ### 1/5 — No excuse for lack of basic security features *2025-01-10, version 3.11.8* It’s pathetic that this app won’t work with password managers, biometric id’s, even just trying to paste into the fields is impossible. If you leave the screen to copy a password or token it deletes previously entered information. Also, the stated requirements for a password are a joke, and not accurate.
