## What is CardProphet?

Card Prophet is a trick-taking card game about one deceptively hard question: how many tricks will you win this round? Call it exactly right and you score. Miss by even one - over or under - and it costs you. The deck grows every round, so your read on the table has to grow with it.

HOW IT PLAYS
Each round you're dealt a hand and must predict how many tricks you'll take. Then everyone plays it out, one card at a time, following suit, chasing (or dodging) tricks to land on their number. Prophets beat everything. Jesters lose to everything. Trump changes each round. The player who reads the hand best - not the one with the best cards - comes out ahead.

PLAY YOUR WAY
• Apprentice mode: a gentler ruleset that's perfect for kids and new players
• Classic mode: the full bid-your-tricks challenge
• House rules: switch on rage bidding, let the prophet card pick trump, or play with double penalties for a sharper game

PLAY OFFLINE, ANYTIME
No account, no connection, no waiting. Sit down against smart bots that actually play the odds - great for a quick round on a plane, a train, or the couch. Landscape table, tactile card handling, and a calm, readable board.

Predict well. Fulfill the prophecy.
