### 4/5 — Fix the shoot when revealed robots

*2022-01-06, version 2.2.2*

So many runs ended because they flip and then can’t do anything.

Otherwise, this game is great, well worth the money.

### 5/5 — Great game

*2021-12-22*

Absolutely great that is real game not like those big name must pay game.

### 5/5 — Awesome concept

*2021-11-22, version 2.2.1*

Just a gem of a game. Simply brilliant!

### 5/5 — Best ccg game. No micro transactions

*2021-11-21*

This game brings me back to the early days of the App Store. No micros transactions, minimal ads, and just tons of fun. The draft and puzzle modes are great, quickplay for a little endless entertainment, and the story mode is fun. I hope they release a part 2 to the story!

**Developer response:** Oh, the olden days!

### 5/5 — Good game

*2021-11-20, version 2.2.1*

Really enjoyed playing this game, campaign could be longer but I am sure you will bring out updates, as it only took me a day to complete the campaign.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2021-11-15, version 2.2.0*

I love this game. It is easy and fun to learn through a campaign mode which functions as a tutorial and gameplay at the same time rather than a separate tutorial which just spells things out.
Once learned there are more difficult levels to complete and more complex game mechanics as new cards are unlocked.
A lot of work has gone into this to balance the decks and provide a large variety of possible card interactions. There are a variety of ways to play to maintain interest and new challenges.
It is a little like solitaire but much more interesting and the objective is to clear the spread of cards rather than stack them.
There is a logic to the interactions which gives the cards character and almost a little backstory.
The artwork, animation, sounds and music are all excellent.
There are regular updates and not an intrusive amount of ads. I paid to remove ads partly because I was playing so much that I did see quite a few ads, and partly I just wanted to support the developer of such a brilliant game. I can’t believe there is so much value to offer from this free game created by a small team of independent developers/artists and it is worth more than its price.
If you get stuck do persevere it is well worth it when you get the hang of it and it is satisfying completing each level.
I like that there is no time limit and in random mode there is no limit on turns, but more cards appear as you take more turns. Random mode is fun to experiment with different card combos.

### 5/5 — good

유저랑 경쟁하지 않는 머리쓰는 카드게임 좋아한다, 솔리테어 느낌의 카드게임 괜찮다 하는 분들께 강추! 평가 높은데에는 이유가 있음

### 5/5 — Fun Game

*2021-10-31*

I wish there was more to it. Great balance of ads (with the option to pay a reasonable amount to remove them.) Love the single player focus. Developers, please fix the dove card - it doesn’t work as described, meaning it literally just wastes 1 energy.

Edit: ok you addressed the dove card issue by changing the description on the card… is it supposed to be an extremely annoying card? Because I can’t figure out how it is useful at all. A close 2nd would be that traveling lady, but at least she can be used to remove cards. The gingerbread is pretty annoying too, but the dove is absolutely useless.

Also please give us a way to replay the campaign. Once that has been completed and all cards unlocked, draft and random modes become pretty boring… especially since there’s no way to customize a draft run. Still an excellent game though!

**Developer response:** Hi. Thanks for the review.
The wording on the Dove is fixed in 2.1.2 but bad news, it still costs one Energy to move a card while the dove is open. It's turned out to be too powerful otherwise. I think that the card remains problematic and have some things in mind to try in later updates, but it's not as bad as some people think. First of all it effectively destroys itself in one turn, and second, rearranging the cards can bring benifits that also might eliminate energy "waste".
edit: you can tap on the chapter badge in the capmaign lobby to select any level and thus replay the campaign.
Dove wasn't designed to be annoying it just turned out this way. I think it has an interesting effect but, alas, it doens't work that well. Still, it's not as bad of a card. An Gingerbread man is one of my favourite cards in the entire game. First of all it just runs away (and does it faster than Blue 2 Pilgrim), and it also unlocks some interesting +1 math in some cases.

### 5/5 — One of the best games I’ve played during last couple of years

*2021-10-27, version 2.1.2*

This game is great. It has good game mechanics and is interesting to play. Thank you for building this game and I guess I’m waiting for next levels/games/new cards

### 5/5 — Proper good

*2021-10-22, version 2.1.2*

Weren’t expecting to like this but I can’t put it down. No intrusive ads and no dumbass timers. Love it.

### 5/5 — Great game

*2021-10-19, version 2.1.1*

Really enjoyed playing this game. Good card game not over complicated and not too easy. Time and thought has been put in to the mechanics of each card. Disappointed that I have completed each game mode, hopefully there will be plenty of updates and expansions.

### 5/5 — This is so addictive + One question

*2021-10-18, version 2.1.1*

I’ve started playing weeks/months ago (can’t remember) I continuously played this game and basically memorised all of its cards effects and I have a singular question

When will you add more cards?

This was my go to game and I don’t want to leave it on my phone to just stay there because I’m done

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Short easy campaign, the rest is wasted time

*2024-08-01*

The campaign is okay but very easy and short. The other modes aren’t well thought out. The draft mode is awful. Not sure why it has existed so long in this broken and poorly balance state with no attention by the dev. Seems like they didn’t even test most of it. Half way through you have to eliminate 30 cards with 6 energy.

Edit to answer developer’s question.

Why did I finish the campaign if the game was so bad? I wrote that the campaign was “okay but short”.

My original review had more stars. It was written shortly after release. My only complaints were about the depressing music and the draft mode. I revisited the game and saw the draft mode had not been fixed and my review wasn’t addressed so I revised it in October 2023 and dropped it to 1 star. You still didn’t address that. Instead you wrote an unprofessional response to my criticism.

**Developer response:** Why did you finish the campaign if the game is so bad?

### 1/5 — Random mode is pointless

*2024-06-26*

At least add a score or level counter to the random mode. Otherwise its just endless, pointless stuff

**Developer response:** It's only endless if you can't beat it. Too bad.

### 1/5 — Short easy campaign, the rest is wasted time

*2023-10-25*

The campaign is okay but very easy and short. The other modes aren’t well thought out. The draft mode is awful. Not sure why it has existed so long in this broken and poorly balance state with no attention by the dev. Seems like they didn’t even test most of it. Half way through you have to eliminate 30 cards with 6 energy.

### 1/5 — Invasive, Scammy Ads

*2021-10-02*

Don’t download if you value your privacy.

Why do I need to answer personal details before every ad?

Is this a convenient app, or am I applying for a driver’s license?

Delete.

**Developer response:** Hi, I have no idea what are you talking about, and you are the first person to complain about this. We run ads using Unity Ads (Unity is prob the most popular game engine right now and this is their integrated solution for running ads) on default settings. Maybe some ads got funky with interactable quizes or I don't know... Still, I have absolutely no control over what is shown in those ads, but If you worry about privacy and such on iOS then you shoud know that starting with iOS 14 ad services are not allowed to store you tracking identifier without getting your explicit consent. Just decine every time an app asks you (with native dialog) or go Settings->Privacy->Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to request to track".
Cheers.

### 2/5 — Buggy

*2025-01-28*

Glitched and froze, when it came back all my work was gone. Reset to beginning

### 2/5 — Another solitaire game…

*2024-06-17*

Another solitaire game where you’ll quickly encounter levels that have 1, maybe 2 solutions. Turns are limited each level. Game progression is also linear. Plan on getting stuck and retrying over and over. Dull.

### 3/5 — Great game but save game not syncing

*2024-05-30, version 2.4.1*

It’s a really great game but the save game is not syncing properly between iPhone and Mac. I tried to delete my iPhone app hoping to fix the sync after reinstalling but no I’ve lost all my progress on my iPhone.

### 3/5 — Interesting Concept

*2023-05-14, version 2.4.1*

I love the strategy idea here. The ads make you wait a long time, then when the timer is over you forced to wait again. Paid without ads this might be worth buying.

### 3/5 — Cards are too small.

*2021-08-17, version 2.0.0*

Fun little game, but the cards are too small, there seems to be a lot of wasted space on the screen, people with larger fingers are going to have troubles playing it.

### 4/5 — Great Game. One Flaw

*2026-02-15*

I love the game. But game won’t give me option to pay to remove ads. Once that’s fixed it’ll get 5 stars

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Fun and cosy solitaire

*2025-03-03, version 2.4.1*

After basically finishing the entire game I couldn’t not come here to share a positive review. It’s a really well done, low stress card game, easy to learn and solitaire-esque but still with its unique elements. The art is cute, the gameplay is chill and it’s a nice game to relax with. Thanks for a great game!

### 5/5 — One of my favorites

*2024-11-27*

Awesome even if you don’t 100% it. The campaign is amazing. It has to be near - if not at - the top of card game campaigns for me. The puzzles and draft modes are okay. Very challenging. So much so that I gave up after failing miserably for a long time at one of the last draft mode challenges. Maybe I’ll come back to it someday.

### 5/5 — Great game

*2023-12-18, version 2.4.1*

Amazing mecanics. So much fun. Wish it was longer.

### 5/5 — Addictive yet challenging!

*2022-10-11, version 2.4.1*

Very cool game. Easy to learn. New elements added as you progress to keep it interesting. Totally addicted.

### 5/5 — Fun, accessible game

*2022-08-29*

I was looking for a new card game to play that is interesting but quick to play when I have short breaks and not overly complex (while still being deep enough to be engaging). This game is perfect for that!

It’s super intuitive with a great tutorial built in. The design is cool and the UI super easy. It’s simply enjoyable to play. It’s good on battery too.

I immediately bought the only IAP to remove ads even after only playing a couple of rounds. I like to support good indie developers that design unique games and are fair in how they monetize. I really appreciate that.

I look forward to playing more and more! Thank you for a great card game for busy people like me!

**Developer response:** Hey, thanks for the review. As a busy man myself I'm happy to hear that the game has hit the right spot for you.

### 5/5 — Well made & balanced

*2022-06-18, version 2.4.1*

This game is pretty much a one time purchase with very simple yet fascinating gameplay.

I seem to start playing, then 1 hour later realise how much time has past. It’s just such a well thought out game.

Puzzles start off easy and progressively get more challenging. Each card is unique and the different modes allows for quick play or longer grinds.

Thank you very much to the developers, keep it up!

### 5/5 — Fantastic Game

*2022-05-23, version 2.3.3*

I’m halfway through the campaign and having a blast, I love the art style, and each new card they introduce is more fun that the last. I’m excited to explore the other game modes once I complete the campaign. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Wonderfully designed with hours of delight

*2022-05-09*

I usually play more narrative games but this card game is narrative in many ways. Just play it! The characters are delightful, gameplay challenging, and I just can’t stop! Please make more! An amazing, fun, thoughtfully designed game! And so inexpensive. I am grateful for it all! Moxieruby

**Developer response:** Thank you. Happy to hear that the world has come alive for you. Substruction can be fun after all!

### 5/5 — Loved this game!

*2022-02-05, version 2.2.5*

This is such a great game, it’s easy to pick up but hard to master! The campaign was fun and had quite an interesting story considering it was just wordless comic strip panels. Once I had finished that the puzzle and draft modes kept me challenged for a lot longer! I loved the artwork, humour and your own take on all the fantasy tropes. I loved it so much that even though there were barely any ads I still paid to remove them to support the developer. Great work!

### 5/5 — Great Game, No F2P Garbage

*2022-01-20*

This is an excellent game. Great gameplay, solid visuals, and it doesn’t insult or manipulate its players with the sort of tricks common to free-to-play games.

I was more than happy to pay the $3 to remove ads, though honestly, there were only a few to begin with!

I see from the credits that this was made by a super-small team. They should be really proud of making something that outshines much of the exploitative trash turned out by larger game companies! Can’t wait to see what else they create.
