They say 24/48hrs and I’m still waiting. Customer Service email is unresponsive they don’t get back to you when you email. But take the money off the card instantly. If they put the money into your account as fast as they took it off the gift card there would be no issues. Disappointed honestly!! ### 4/5 — App is legit!! *2022-07-26, version 4.7.6* Took a few days but I did receive my payout via PayPal. Customer support isn’t responsive, so that’s the only downside. You just have to wait for everything to be processed. Also, what they offer is pretty low but that’s because you are paid instantly, you don’t have to mail the card in or wait for someone to purchase. A good option if you need quick cash from an unused gift card. ### 3/5 — Waiting *2022-04-22, version 4.7.6* It says 24-48 hours. It’s going on 72 which isn’t a huge deal. But the money is off my gift card and it says payout pending. I will give it until end of day to either see the money in my account or receive an email response regarding payout or I will be attempting to use a different route to get in touch but I hope it doesn’t come to that. Like who wouldn’t take Shell Gasoline? That’s pretty lame. Most people that I’ve talked to about trading in gift cards for cash were experiencing hard times. Thank you for taking advantage of customers in need. Do better. I cashed a card that was worth $100 and they would give me $54 and it won’t go into my bank account due to “fraud” it’s a valid card with out of the packaging. It’s been a week and I’m still trying to get the money, guarantee the card is useless now… what a waste of time ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-02-19, version 4.7.6* I put in a 250 gift card and it took the money without paying out the offer. I have been looking for a way to get cash for my gift cards with out them taking 50% like most websites do and I found it. If you get gift cards you don’t want I would recommend giving CardSell a try.
