I loved the customization it provided. I even was using it this week, I sent multiple thank you cards. Then suddenly it's telling me I have to get premium for it. I was baffled I had literally sent a card the previous day with zero problem. I suppose my app updated and now you can no longer send any sort of card without premium. This was a free app until recently. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing and Frustrating Experience *2026-03-27, version 4.27* I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but CardSnacks has been a very frustrating experience. The app is slow, often freezes, and sometimes crashes right in the middle of creating a card. The interface is confusing, and many features feel unfinished or poorly designed. On top of that, the customization options are quite limited compared to what is advertised, and sending cards is not always reliable — a few of my cards didn’t seem to go through at all.
