## What is Care Connect by Wildflower?

Care Connect keeps you and your lactation consultant on the same page — between every visit.
 
When your consultant builds your care plan, it shows up right here: the steps to follow, what to watch for, and the guidance they've chosen just for you. No more trying to remember everything after your appointment ends.
 
With Care Connect you can:
• Follow your personalized care plan, step by step
• Log feedings and diapers in seconds and see your patterns over time
• Message your lactation consultant between visits, when they offer in-app messaging
• Answer quick check-ins to keep track of how you and baby are doing
• Open trusted articles and videos your consultant picked for you
 
Care Connect works alongside your visits — it doesn't replace your consultant. They stay your guide; the app just makes their plan easier to follow at home, at anytime, with one hand free.
 
Getting started
Care Connect is offered through participating lactation consultants and care providers. If your consultant invited you, tap their link or enter your phone number to begin.
 
Your privacy matters. Your information is protected and shared only with your care team to support your care.
