They are not answerable to anyone. They don't care about anything. They will suddenly change their policies without informing their customers or putting push notifications or something on their app. They cancel the service, and expect you to be fine with it. But god forbid, if you have any emergency, they will just not listen to it. I booked a maid using this app, but when I had to cancel the order due to personal reasons, they refused to refund my money. On top of that, their customer support staff behaved very rudely. No one takes responsibility or resolves your issue.
